4 BANG and the exam begins

Everyone turned to look and the direction where the sound came from, the professional seeker was the first to see what made that sound and he was shocked by the site.

From the distance came running at full speed a 2 meter tall Laughing dog and on its back the was lamp of what looked like a human with silver hair.

Laughing dogs were known for their running and endurance so it did take it long to reach the center near the raised platform and it just collapse next to the platform dropping a dirty silver haired youth to the ground.

While the people looked at the sliver haired youth with a mixture of disgust and hatred only few looked at him with surprise and curiosity and the professional seeker was of them.

The professional seeker looked at the 2 meter tall Laughing dog and he could tell how strong it was, it was not a magical beast that anyone can take down and make it their mount, all magical beast had their pride for the boy to make it carry him this far he needed to show it absolute strength and make is make willing to be his servant.

While still looking at the silver haired youth the professional seeker raised his gun and BANG the exam started.

The Black tided forest was located over a 1000 kilometers away from the city, no matter which way Cloud looked at it he wouldn't make it in time even with his new strength, luckily after running for about 60 kilometer outside the city he run into a big dog that had big strong legs made for running.

Well it took some convincing to get it to let him ride it, but after a good beating later Cloud was on its back racing to the black tide forest.

The Laughing dog is both fast and strong with good stamina and could keep running for a long but it was not fast enough, if things kept going this way Cloud won't make it to the exam in time.

Cloud tried everything to make the Laughing dog run faster and it all failed and left the Laughing in bad shape and in act hopeless frustration he hit the Laughing dog with a palm strike that was charged with his lighting energy and he was surprised to see that the energy was transferred and it was like pumping turbo into the Laughing dog.

Seeing what is happening Cloud tried it again and the result was amazing, but it also had a big problem that it drains Cloud's energy to quickly. By the time the Black tide forest in came into view Cloud in was out of energy and the Laughing dog was about to collapse.

BANG the was the loud sound that made Cloud wake up from the ground, after getting up Cloud looked at the Chaos around him, all the participants were entering the Black tide forest with faces full of excitement and fearlessness.

Cloud looked at the Black tide forest for the first time this close to it and he was shocked that the Black tide forest was a massive basin that was as large as the eyes can see.

The basin is 200 to 300 meters deep and some of the trees are protruding out of the basin. The forest looked dark and unforgiving, Cloud looked at the Black tide forest for a long time looking at the participants bravely rushing into the forest when Cloud looked around at the participants whom haven't entered the Black tide forest he was shocked to see the girl who gave him the card yesterday.

Cloud collected himself and look at the girl, she was smiling at him as if she was looking at the biggest fool she had ever seen, the she said "you really are the biggest fool I have ever see, but you also surprised me again" than she walked past him to the edge of the basin and unlike the others who took the stairs she just jumped and disappeared into the shadows.

The other remaining participants did the same and followed her lead and jumped into the basin.

Cloud and the professional seeker were now the only ones that remain the professional seeker look at Cloud and said "you have 30days to figure out what the exams is good luck" and he vanished into thin air.

Cloud was left the looking at the spot where the professional seeker vanished now there was a bottle of water, Cloud and grabbed the bottle ripped the cap of and poured the water down his mouth and it felt good so good until he received a nudge from the back. He turned to see the Laughing dog looking at him with puppy eyes directed at the water.

The Laughing dog did help him a lot so Cloud gave it some water before turning to look at the Black tide forest and one two three step and he jump into the basin.
