1 A betrayal and a journey

The bell ringed and everyone stood up and saluted the teacher and all the groups started forming and taking pictures and hugging it was the last class of our high school life I never understood that is it really that big of a deal people will act like they care but as soon as you leave they won't talk to you again it already happened in middle school learn your lesson. A girl stood next to my chair as she wore a big smile.

Hanabi: "you look gloomier then usual, are you sad you won't see us again?"

Mitsuki: "that's his natural face stop teasing him!"

Said Mitsuki as he approached us he's my… I guess you could call us friends I got to know him this year, these two are the only two that I talk to in my class…actually in the whole school, am not that friendly of a person I started talking to Hanabi cause we sit next to each other and for Mitsuki he's a popular guy so before I knew he started talking to me it's just creepy to me how someone can just fit in everywhere doesn't that mean he doesn't have a specific personality, well I consider myself extra special since I don't fit almost anywhere.

Hanabi: "Hello?! Are you ignoring me that's mean even from you"

Hibiki: "yeah! Sorry I was kind of half asleep, well… I guess it would be kind of quiet without you two."

Hanabi:" Eh!!!"

Mitsuki: "that's…"

I can tell they are shocked from there expression, hey how cold-hearted did you think I was? Am not emotionless or anything it's just a bit hard for me to approach people, especially after the rumors… Well maybe we were not that close but it was nice to have someone to talk to I guess.

Hibiki: "anyway it's time to leave I will go first"

Mitsuki&Hanabi: "take care"

I went first because I like to watch the sunset from the rooftop of the school this will be my last time seeing it, it is one of my most dear memories of this school. As the sun sets I just start thinking about what is coming up I don't really have a dream job or something am really passionate about except games and novels, I guess I could try writing a novel but I already tried that and for some reason I can't write a story with a happy ending which usually makes most of my stories realistic but hated by the readers, well tomorrow's problem is for tomorrow's me.

I go down the stairs back to my class to get the book that I forgot in there as I get close to the class I can hear people in there. There's someone else who would stay this late? I can recognize the voices its Mitsuki and his group of friends, I never got close to them.

Hibiki: "….!!"

I stop before the closed door of the class as I hear my name since when was I a topic of discussion?

Friend1: "she said yes congrats so getting close to that creep was not in vain after all"

Friend2: "yeah! He was totally not the kind of guy you should have been friends not to a pervert like him hahaha"

Mitsuki: "stop it you know they were only rumors and he was found innocent!"

Friend1: "yeah but Hanabi is the hottest girl in the school you lucky guy I would use him to get to her if I could hahaha"

Friend2: "I would want Hanabi to petty me too"

Mitsuki: "stop it you perv she's my girl now hahaha"

I could feel my stomach getting sick from there words, to think I considered such a person a "friend" well I've always been too naïve humans are truly disgusting well am not even surprised by now I already was wrongly accused of stealing a girls gym clothes because I "look creepy", this world should just burn in hell.

Mitsuki & his friends: "Ah!!"

I walk into the class towards my desk without looking at them, I take my book and I leave.

Mitsuki fellows me to the door of the school and stops me.

Mitsuki: "are you going to tell Hanabi?"

You're not even going to apologize?! What a disgusting being am getting sick just by looking at him.

Hibiki: "you can all root in hell for all I care"

I walk past him and go home, I lay on my bed just feeling empty and confused. Why? Why didn't I feel anything at that moment? I didn't feel angry or betrayed I just felt empty. Maybe o should give writing another try.

I get up to open my computer and start trying to write a story, one about another world maybe since everyone wants to run from this world. A world with magic and party's where you go hunt monsters and dragons that would be my dream world, a world without betrayal or disgusting humans. I think I read a lot of this genre of novels. Ehhh I can't think of anything interesting I think I will take a break for now. I got out to buy some tea, walking usually helps my thought process get better after all I can't get what happened today out of my head.

I sit on a bench on the road as I watch the night sky, a falling star passes I think it's the first time I see one they say if you wish a wish on it it would come true, and people must be really desperate to wish something from a rock. Well if I had to ask for a wish I think it would be to leave in another world where am a hero and everybody praises me, haha, after all, it seems all I want is people's attention what a pathetic wish. My vision starts getting blurry am already half asleep I don't even know what I was saying at this point maybe I should go home, as I try to get up I lose my balance and fall I wait to fit the ground as I close my eyes but I don't I feel like I keep falling.

????: "find someone to trust other than yourself and you'll find what you've always been searching for, even a demon could be your best friend when no one is there to be"

What? was that master Roshi I think it would be nice if you could teach me the ka**** and what kind of messed up advise is that?!

As I was about to complain I feel my body hit the ground with a bam!

I can hear people around me vaguely and my vision is blurry I think I passed out in the street this will be embarrassing.

????: "this was a success as well we got three so far"

What the hell is going on as I woke up I find myself in this huge castle-like construction in the middle of what you could call a magic circle, am surrounded by what looks like knights from the middle ages.

Random knight: "welcome honorable knight"

Who are you calling a knight? look at yourself ! wait did I actually go to another world ??
