10 Fated Meeting

Near the downtown of Zaban City in front of a little restaurant stood two figures looking quite septical, how a so little and crappy restaurant could be the site of the Hunter Exam? Well people will never search here for a such important exam, they will search something bigger, more prestigious and more official so a little restaurant just next of such a building was probably the best way to eliminate every fools who don't have sufficient abilities to find the exam site and spare them a certain death, well they probably don't care at all if they die it's just to limite the number of participants...

"So the Hunter Exam is here in this restaurant, probably just the entry" Suijin said with an uninterested look, with that he used En, immediatly he sensed a large number of people under his feet. "I sense hundreds of people in the underground, the entry is the restaurant, let's go Yoruichi."

The two entered in the restaurant and looked around, nothing out of a normal restaurant, people were eating at tables, others were drinking, the atmosphere was quite good, laughs could be heard and probably not faked, Suijin focused his senses on every people in the restaurant and walked toward the "strongest" guy who was behind the bar.

"We come for the Hunter Exam, how we get to the underground?" The cold and emotionless voice of the handsome man freaked out the barman.

The duo was leaded in a small room with a table.

"I hope food will come fast I starving" Yoruichi with drool coming out of her mouth and sparks in her golden cats eyes said with expectation.

"Sorry my beautiful goddess but we're not here to eat, this room is merely an elevator" said Suijin with an apologetic tone.

Immediately, like if her dreams were shattered, crushed without any pity, the sparks in her eyes disappeared, her head dropped and sobs could be heard in the small room.

Suijin almost wanted to crush the restaurant and every organizators of this damned exam for making Yoruichi cry.

"Don't worry, as soon as we can, I promise you I will take you in a prestigious restaurant and you will be able to eat as much as you want, no matter the cost of the food" said Suijin with love and care while gently carressing her tears stained cheeks.

"R-Really? You will do that for me? said the purple haired beauty with a abandonned little kitty expression.

"Yes I promise you." Looking at her expression once again Suijin swear to himself to protect his beautiful kitty. 'Even if I have to go trough oceans of blood! Even If have to climb mountains of corpses! Even if I have to slaughter demons and gods! Even if my flesh and limbs are ripped from my body! Even if I have to use my teeth to rip their throats! I swear to protect you! No matter what will happen to my body and mind! I swear to protect you!'

With his silent promise, he once again looked Yoruichi who was, after his promise to take her eat as much food she will want, smiling happily to him with her eyes closed, if her eyes weren't closed she would saw that he was looking at her with infinite love and care and she would probably confess to him at this moment and that would spare them a lot of sorrow, tears and despair in the future...

At this moment the elevator started to moove and a few instant later stopped and the door opened, they found themselves in a large floor with hundreds of peoples in, with a single glance Suijin was sure that these people for the biggest majority didn't stand a chance to pass this exam and a large number of them will die without any doubt. At this moment a weird looking green creature who looked like a beans in a dark blue suit came toward the duo.

"Hello, I'm Mr Beans, welcome to the 287th Hunter Exam, please wear this on your chest for the duration of the exam" said the green creature while giving them two plates with number on, Suijin received the 387 while Yoruichi recieved the 388 one. After that, the suited beans came to new applicants who came just after the duo and the beans once again served them the exact same words while giving them plates with numbers.

While wearing the plate on his chest Suijin started to think of the strange creature 'I don't think this thing came from the "Known" World, it probably came from the "Outside World", this thing looks like a beans, hell it's even called Beans...'

Still lost in his thoughts, he absentmindedly bumped in someone, he turned his head to look in who he bumped, with absolutely no intention to aplogize. The guy was tall with a light skin, red hair and amber eyes, a green tear painted under his left eye and a pink star under his right eye, he was wearing a jester suit and had a fairly toned physique. Their gaze crossed and a single thought appeared in their mind: 'Strong'. And that's how these two met and nobody at that moment could predict what relation they will have and things they will do, but later, everyone called this bumping "Fated Bumping" because this simple bumping, bringed by two men in their thought changed the World. Forever.
