4 Chapter Four- We will take the fee

Dean looked back at the little lady he had clearly pissed off and mentally chuckled. He wouldn't mind taking her virginity to himself. He would like to hear her cry out in pain and pleasure as he broke her barrier and explore her from the inside. The only reason for his relationship with Hannah is rank. Dean is also a leader of a competitive group called GIANTS, due to all the huge sweaty men with long legs and six-packs. He is also the best quarterback on the school's football team just like Hannah except she rules over all the cheerleaders, Harmony being her shy right-hand woman.

In a distance, flashing blue and red lights go off and so does an alarm. Hannah gasps in surprise and Harmony, just that moment, looked up to see it. The flashing lights have gone off and she immediately takes the earbuds out just as Hannah is in a hurry to buckle her seat belt.

"Shit," Dean curses, banging his fist on the steering wheel.

'Oh no, this is very bad, why couldn't this idiot go with the speed limit,' Harmony thought. 'Please don't take me to jail.' With that thought, her hands start to tremble. 'I didn't do anything.'

"Babe!" Hannah yelled. "Buckle your seat belt!"

Dean slows down and stops off to the side of the road. The police officer follows and steps out of his car then makes his way and stands by Dean's window, tapping the glass. Dean's heart darkened once he gets a good look at the officer and roles the window down. The man had on a large grin which eventually turned into a big pearly white smile. He looked to be in his early forties, especially with the visible greying hair. His stomach was like everyone in the United Provinces of Četras, fit but no one could mistake the alcohol and coffee on his breath.

Harmony who observed the scene between the two had kept quiet. Hannah put on a charming smile, fixing her v-lined shirt and leaned forward of the officer's view. "Officer, I apologize on behalf of my boyfriend's reckless driving. I told him to slow down but he was seriously worried about the thought of missing school. After all, you know how important school is these days. Especially for, I, the Miss Captain of the cheerleading team and Dean the quarterback of the football team."

The officer chuckled. "Oh I know but..." His eyes turn to Dean. "Your little boyfriend ran more than multiple stop signs and a red light. People could have gotten seriously hurt by individuals like you. So instead of one ticket, you get a well deserved two." The officer takes out a small glass slip which took the form of a paper but only thicker.

"What?" she screams. "You can't do that! You don't know who I am, I will have you put in jail for a stupid misunderstanding."

The officer looks but Dean interjects, "We will take the fee."

Another creepy smile lurks on the officer's face as he takes in the big loaves on Hannah's chest. "Smart choice, Son." Dean couldn't help but think of those words with two meanings. Messing with the gadget, Officer glanced between Dean's seat and his door. "Whos the quiet lady back their?"

Harmony shrunk herself in hopes the man wouldn't take notice. If this got out, her mother would be furious that she jumped in the car with a hooligan like Dean Johnson, although she was born from her father's side of the family. She was told one night about his affair and love with an ex-sweetheart. Unfortunately, she died giving birth which had made Harmony ball her eyes out. But hearing this didn't make her think of her mother any less of a mother. She had taken her in as her own child. Fed, bathed, clothed, and loved her.

"My name is Harmony, sir," Harmony replied, thinking it was best for her to introduce herself instead.

"Well Harmony, are you one of his girlfriends too," the officer replied with a chuckle.

"No, sir."

"What, are you looking to hook up with my boyfriend," Hannah shot back. Her face, red with anger as she glared at the officer with disgust and fury only for the stupid ticket. The officer handed over the ticket with a steady hand and angry frown. Dean cringed as he took the tickets and the man walked around the front to stop by Hannah's already open window. He leaned over, his big hands gripping onto the inside.

"Be careful Ms. Philips. That's an insult to a police officer. You could perhaps be put in a cell, I heard it gets very cold at night without company. After all, you know how important laws are these days. Don't you, Whore?"

Hannah didn't seem fazed by his threat but she knew better than to throw more wood into the fire so instead she smiled and said, "I should probably get going now or I will be even more late to school."

The officer grinned, patting the roof. "Yes, you should. I suggest going with the speed limit this time because the second time..." His eyes gave off a cold and detached feeling. "It won't be tickets you will have to pay."

Nodding, Dean drove away from the officer. The car was quiet until the policeman was out of view. Deans fingers curl around the wheel. Harmony went back to placing a second coat of lipstick. He gave it a double glance until he screamed, startling both Harmony and Hannah. "Are you fucking crazy?"

Harmony's hands shot up to her ears while Hannah drew a line off to the side of her cheek. "Hell! My lipstick!" She gave a killer stare to Dean and snarled, "I'm crazy? I am the crazy one? Are you crazy? Do you know how much this costs?"

"I don't give a damn about that tiny stick in your hand, that is my father who you insulted earlier!"
