2 Oh, How New
Han Minya ended her call with Yan Shen.She finished taking a shower and immediately put on her bathrobe.
Han Minya went to her walk in closet to put on clothes. She chose to wear a white loose shirt and black culottes, with a pair of nude heels.
She hurriedly went to her kitchen to get herself a container filled with fruits, she prepared it the night before.
She got her purse and wore her green trench coat. She grabbed her keys on the way and went to her garage.
Han Minya chose to drive her white BMW, as it was the least eye catching car she has.She then drove to Aisin Academy.
As she reached AA, she saw a bunch of expensive sports cars in the parking lot near the entrance.
She drove to the front entrance where she saw Yan Shen standing by, waiting for her. She wore a face mask as she approached Yan Shen.
"Miss Han", her secretary greated her. It was already clear to him that he shouldn't call her young miss in public.
"Secretary Yan, what happened here?"
"The Ying brothers came here and looked for Min. They didn't say their purpose as to why they are looking for him."
"Oh, how new.", Han Minya said sarcastically. It was already a common scene for people to look for her. Some wouldn't say their purpose as to why they are looking for her, but the most common one was that they are curious on she was, and it seems as though it's the same this time.
"What did they do while I was not here?"
"They just waited for you in the guest lounge. They are currently still there as of now"
A look of mischief flashed past Han Minya's eyes, "Really? Then, prepare the room at the back, I want to take a look at them later. Make sure to accommodate them properly lest they say I'm not treating guests properly."
"Yes, Miss Han", Yan Shen replied respectfully.
Han Minya remembered her purpose for coming to AA today, "Is the room and stage ready for my speech?"
"Yes, Miss Han. The control room is ready for you, you can deliver the opening speech later properly. The students are also all here for today's welcoming ceremony, they are all on the campus central waiting for the event to start.", Yan Shen replied curtly.
Han Minya was surprised that the event haven't started, "Isn't the event already starting?"
Yan Shen replied, "No Miss, it isn't starting yet. The students as well as the teachers and staff wanted to wait for your arrival."
Han Minya smiled at the reason, she was quite touched, "My, the people here in AA are the best you can find."
Yan Shen smiled, " they are, Miss"
"Now let's quit talking, and start rushing. I don't want them to wait" Han Minya smilingly said, as she walked towards the campus central.
Han Minya went to the control room of the stage and got ready for her speech.
------------- At the guest lounge -------------
"Where is Min?", an impatient looking man said as a staff member approached them.
The staff timidly answered, "Sir, Senior Min is at the campus central. He's about to deliver his welcoming speech, so please be patient. We also don't know yet if he would like to meet you all, he hasn't replied to any of your request."
"What the hell is wrong with that man?! Making us wait here for nothing, are we not important anymore?", the man answered, anger flashed in his eyes.
"Calm down Ying Lei, He's a busy man. You can't just demand for people to be here at the snap of your finger.", a gentle looking man said in a calm tone.
