13 Diana, The 2nd Jado survivor

He soon arrived in front of the gates of the city, He entered and walked down the main street. He looked around to see if he could find the person who kept talking to him.

"Meet me in the main square." the voice came again. Omega continued to walk towards the town square. He soon arrived to find nothing and especially no one there.

"Okay, so where are you?" Omega called out.

"Right here." It replied.

"Okay, very funny, what do you want?"

"Don't remember do you?"

"Remember what? Who are you?"

A shadow-like figure, moved out from the rubble of one of houses.

"You really don't remember me? Seriously?" She said.

"Stay there, you're a girl?"

"Yea, surprise you?"

"Kinda, I thought it was a trap."

"Since your parents died you've been like that."

"Who told you that?"

"You did," She said as she walked closer and closer, soon standing a meter in front of Omega, "You really don't know me?"

"No," Omega repeated once again. Who is she? How does she know me so well?

"Maybe I can remind you?" She said as she walked closer to Omega.

"Stay there, don't move," Omega said, his mood had suddenly changed.

"How can you not remember me," She said as removed her left arm piece to show a marking

"Is that, the marking of the Jado village?"

"Yes, you have one too," She said as she looked at his right arm. Omega removed his right arm piece and showed her his marking.

"Yes, I do, I was born there and I thought I was the only one who survived from the attack," Omega said, "It's not possible that you have one I thought everyone died."

"Nearly," She said.

"I never asked you your name." After a long moment of silence. She finally spoke.

"My name is Diana," She said as she pulled out her sicles, "I promised to be stronger than you, and now death has come knocking on your door. Today."

"What?" Omega said shockingly, "You want to fight?"

She leaped forward with both her blades, both of them tinged off on Omega's Chestpiece. She looked up in shock as she hopped backwards. Omega pulled out his Glaive that he was planning to train with on the smaller monsters found in the Old City. She lashed out again and Omega used one of the ends of his blade to parry her blades and spun it bringing the blunt end of the glaive to her stomach knocking her mid air, she had no way of avoiding it. She fell to the floor, limp. I hit her a little hard, I probably knocked her out. He stood over her motionless body. He kneeled down and picked her up, he turned and headed towards the city.

The sun was slowly disappearing. He arrived at the gates and the guards opened it. Naomi saw Omega and rushed towards him.

"Who is she? Is she okay? What happened?" Naomi asked.

"She is one of the only other survivor from the Jado village. She said something about my past and then she showed me her mark, the same as mine. She then attacked me and a hit her with my glaive probably, and hopefully only knocking her out."

"What? She attacked you? Are you okay?" Naomi asked.

"Yea, my armor protected me."

Benji was walking towards them, but soon picked up the pace when he saw the limp body that Omega was holding.

"What happened to her?"

"I hit her with my glaive, when she attacked my." Benji's expression suddenly changed, he went from a little worried to very worried.

"How hard?"

"Not very but I hit her mid air so I don't know."

"Give her to me," He said as he reached out. Omega gave him Diana and Benji rushed back to his dojo to take care of her. Naomi and Omega both went back to their room.

"You have a lot of explaining to do," Naomi said as she locked the door.

"I know, what do you want to hear?"

"Why did you go to the Old City?"

"I wanted to train with my glaive."

"Ok, I thought you were the last survivor of the Jado village?"

"I thought that too."

"And, why bring her back?"

"Would you leave her there?"

"She attacked you!"

"She didn't touch me, I hit her mid air and she has been knocked out from the moment I left the Old City to now, leaving her is the same thing as killing her."

The night seemed forever, Naomi had fallen asleep a long time before and Omega was still awake. I wonder how she is doing. Omega walked out the door of the room and walked once again in the empty streets of the city. He soon arrived in front of the dojo, the only building with the light still on. Omega knocked on the door. He opened the door and saw Benji sitting next to Diana.

"How is she?"

"She is still passed out but she isn't bleeding, anymore."

"Will she make it?"

"Yea, probably. Be careful with your glaive, the blunt end is heavy so the full swing broke two of her ribs, I think," Benji said, "Tomorrow, we will leave to go fight the Dalamadur, be ready."

"Okay, I'll tell Naomi," Omega said.

"No, It is too risky," Benji said, "I don't want her death on my mind, just tell her that you are going but tell her I don't want her to come. It is a 2 day journey then we arrive at the base of the Twisted Throne, then we have to climb up. Bring all the material you need."

"Will you leave her?" Omega asked pointing at Diana.

"I have to but I'll leave someone to take care of her," He said as he whistled.

His Kinsect flew over and landed next to Diana.

"I have my own nest so they'll take care of her," Benji said.

Omega left the dojo, and headed back to his room. He started to pack his bag, this was probably going to be a long fight and he needed to get everything he could use. The sun was dawning and Naomi whimpered as she woke up and she saw Omega sitting beside her on the bed.
