4 An Unexpected Circumstance

So us three were hanging out in some bushes guarded by some trees so we were well hidden from the road and the sides of the streets unless someone was to take a harder look at where we were. We waited and waited for the group to show up but it was taking what felt like forever so to pass the time we started telling jokes and playing rock paper scissors. When all of the sudden the group showed up with a wagon I guess the reason it took them so long to get to the new kids house was because they were filling up the wagon with bricks rocks and all sorts of heavy blunt objects that someone could throw. Once they showed up we got out the camera and started recording them coming down the road it was three of them the leader and two lackeys. They got down to the house and then started picking up a rock and throwing it and repeating over and over. After they caused a ton of damage we decided to come out of the bushes and I hid the SD card in the waistband of my boxers but decided to pop my old sd card in to make them think the evidence was gone. Then I started recording again we walked up to them and said hey what do you boys think your doing. Most kids would run the second they would hear that but they had guts. They turned around and said dealing with a problem none of your-. Cut off by his own train of thought he saw the camera and then got really really aggressive. He then yelled "what the hell is wrong with you people are you brain dead" then he pulled a gun out it looked to be a 9mm Beretta. So in turn we freaked and stuck our hands in the air but I sat the camera right in front of me still recording and stuck my hands in the air. Guns were not a rare sight from where I lived but they still freak you out if your not expecting it like on a fourteen year old kid. So he said empty your pockets and give me your phones and wallets. So we compiled since we had a lot of evidence and we didn't feel like getting shot. Right as he was about to stomp on the camera I said "why the fuck do you have a gun your a fourteen year old". Then he decided to stop and get right in my face and pointed the gun right between my eyes. He said "If you talk one more goddamn time i'll put a bullet between your eyes" most likely something he heard from a tv show. So I looked right down the barrel of his gun and said "you dumb mother fucker did you really think I would fall for that so easily" he looked at me with shock and started saying do you want to get shot. It was a BB gun when I looked down the barrel I saw a white BB in the barrel. I said "You can pull that trigger all you want but hell will rain down on you so fast". And then he pulled the trigger the slide went back and a BB shot out and hit me right in the head. Once he did that he grabbed the camera and chucked it into the road and it pretty much exploded on contact with the ground. My two friends I was with ran after the guy who took our phones and wallets they pinned him down got our stuff back and let him go because we got everything we needed in the SD card in my waistband. I walked over to my camera and picked up the pieces and saw my old SD card was untouched it was not broken or anything. We got back to my house plugged in the old SD card and It caught everything the guy pulling out what seemed to be a gun and pretty much mugging us in broad daylight and it even caught the part of them throwing it and the camera exploding is when the video ended. Once we saw this it made us so happy we could all sue him and the new kid could sue him and we would be rid of the bully for good or for at least a good amount of time since they would most likely be going to Juvie until they turned 16 or 17. I put the evidence on a hard drive for backup, a laptop, my personal computer and on the SD cards. I went to the hospital laptop in hand to show the new kid what we gathered. His parents where there so I showed them all the videos and said that this is so we can all go to court and teach these kids a lesson. The parents and the new kid where ecstatic because of me they were about to get a whole lot richer. So we decided to go and get some food to celebrate and to bring back to the hospital room. We got some food but when we cam back there was an unexpected guest.
