11 CHAPTER 11 : LOVE

Marley locked up the shop and placed her keys in her pocket. She tightened the straps to her bag and walked towards her apartment. She still hadn't heard from Akira yet but Cherlynn had told her not to worry so she didn't dwell on it too much.

She passed by a coffee shop she was fond of and ordered a latte. As she walked out of the shop it started to drizzle so opened up her umbrella and continued her walk home.

Marley had taken many walks through the rain, to and from work so she really didn't mind. She walked through the rain quietly while sipping on her latte.

As she approached her apartment she noticed a familiar car parked outside. The door to the car opened and Akira stepped out. He closed the car door and excitedly jogged towards her.

He wrapped his arms around her and lifted her into the air with a twirl, causing her to drop her umbrella and drink.

"I missed you so much beautiful." Akira spoke as he lowered her and smiled down at her.
