1 Prologue: The Wishes and Reincarnation

A soul found itself sitting inside a white room in a chair right across from what it believed to be God.

The God was the first to speak up saying "Hello little soul I brought you here today for one reason and one reason only I want to give you a chance at reincarnation with some wishes that you have in mind, now what do you say yes or no?"

The little soul doesn't remember too much other than a bunch of knowledge on animes video games and manga so the little soul jumped at the opportunity to reincarnate. "of course I accept I would really love to reincarnate."

The God smiled at this and told the soul "ok now that that is settled what wishes would you like and what appearance do you want?"

The soul thought for a while and said "First I want to be a primordial dragon god, Second I want to have an ability to traverse the multiverse, Third I want to be able to make blood contracts but I want to personally create them and there effects, Fourth I would like to have a HUD (Heads Up Display) so I can see things like the status of people and myself and things of the sort, it's like a dojutsu from naruto. For my appearance I want crimson red hair with slitted blue eyes and a face similar to that of Jennifer Lawrence. Also can you make me start of in the world of naruto at around the time Minato comes to the leaf village?

The God looked at the soul for a minute before saying "All those wishes are good wishes and I'm glad you didn't wish for a system because I'm tired of granting people systems, and yes I will grant that final request. Off you go little soul live a happy life" he says as he sends the soul off.
