2 chapter 1 Murder

It was late and I had just retired to my room all of a sudden my mom runs into my room and tells me to run up to the attic, lock the door, dont make a sound, and hide.

I am up here in the attic listening but staying quiet. I can hear my dad arguing with someone about money that they owed him. A few minutes into that argument I hear my mom scream "NO DON'T". I hear a gun shot go off then mom is screaming. Another gun shot goes off and the screaming stops. I hear two men talking and walking around below me.

First man " Cassidy go find the daughter and kill her."

Cassidy " yes sir."

After a while I hear Cassidy yell " I can't find her, sir."

First man " Did you search the attic?"

Cassidy" not yet."

First man " then do it."

The guy named Cassidy is now heading up the stairs to the attic. I am holding my breath as he tries the door. Cassidy " its locked!"

First man yells up the stairs "forget it. Lets get out of here."

Both men have left. I slowly rise from where i have been sitting in front of the attic door. My thoughts that are running through my head are making me sick. Two things that keep popping up are: one- my parents are dead, two- those bastards are going to pay. What will i do next you are thinking so I'm going to tell you: one- I'm going to go to the elders first, and two - I'm going to go kill those bastards.
