9 Chapter 9
Jana woke up to see a beautiful ring on her hand couldn't believe her and Angel are engaged now she just had to figure out if she could tell her parent's that they are engaged and is finally feeling able to come out as a lesbian since she got with Angel, she never could see herself with a man again and thankfully she didn't lose her virginity to one.
Jana kissed Angel on the cheek than got up to get her morning started since she had to be at work though it wasn't Windsong it was a wonderful wedding bakery that she enjoyed selling massive wedding cakes for people to enjoy. They did agree that Angel would be the stay at home mom until the kids got a little older even though they are in school and take a bus back an forth to save her the time to get to work on time, Jana couldn't be happier with the way life worked out.
Jana got Angel up so she could take care of Jonathan and Angel before sending them off to school but Angel stopped her mid-way saying,
"I wish you could take off for one more day but I know are budget is in need of help and I can't wait to show your parent's that we are engaged an glad you never left when it got complicated, I was so afraid you would."
Jana knew Angel was hiding something but never pushed her to reveal since it doesn't do any good to get the detail out of Angel when she wasn't ready so she replied,
"I am glad to and can't wait to reveal that I am lesbian since you mean everything to me and showed me it's okay to be with a woman."
Angel smiled responding,
"As long as you are comfortable with who you are, I am happy you feel that way, as I am glad to go from bisexual to lesbian myself since I never really liked men that way just as friends."
Jana kissed Angel softly as she sighed then releasing the kiss replying,
"I am just happy to be with you."
Angel winked responding,
"As I am too."
They walked downstairs hand in hand they kissed one more time as Jana left to work and the kids giggled Avery ran over to Angel with a hug saying,
"So does that we will get you both last name when you get married or would we be stuck as Bowman because of our parent's?"
Angel knew Avery was full of questions as she replied,
"I am not sure sweetheart, I mean me and mom haven't discussed it yet."
Avery slid down from the hug and had tears come out of her eyes responding,
"We love you and want to be officially your kids with your last names."
Angel wiped Avery's tears replying,
"Me and mom will talk about it tonight princess don't worry, you are still are kids and we love you both too."
Avery nodded as she went back to eat her breakfast before the bus arrived that was when Jonathan and Avery kissed her goodbye for the day then she was all alone.
Angel sat alone watching television when a knock abrupt her thoughts of getting married when they can afford it. Angel got up from the couch and went to open the door they don't have a peephole this time so she didn't know who was behind the door. As she slowly opened the door she saw it was Scarlett wondering how the woman even knew where they lived as she said,
"Well, um...hi Scarlett, what brings you to my home?"
Scarlett looked like she had been crying replying,
"Angel, you need to help me please, I beg of you just help me, look at my arms I have started cutting and I can't stop."
Angel sighed guiding Scarlett to the couch an she responded,
"What can I help you with Scarlett?"
Scarlett looked around to see if anyone was there then replied,
"I am needing you to get me to the mental ward in Kansas City, I can't be home alone anymore and the last woman I was with was still there."
Angel just looked at Scarlett with uncertainty as she responded,
"I don't think you need to go back to a mental ward all because you need a woman, I think you just need to get out and find one, maybe go to a bar,library,grocery store or something to find a woman."
Scarlett nodded in agreement as she replied,
"You are right as always, by the way where is Jana?"
Angel just couldn't sit still as she responded,
"She's at work and our kids are at school."
Scarlett lit up with a smile responding,
"So we can watch movies together and have lunch also enjoy some coffee too, please can I stay with you until they get home?"
Angel didn't like this idea one bit but she needed a friend to hang with until her family got home and that is all Scarlett an her was just friends nothing more. Angel sighed replying,
"Sure, we will hang out but no kissing or touching me, I am happily engaged to Jana."
Scarlett's eyes went wide then nodded responding,
"Congrats and thank you, I am just needing a friend anyways someone to bond with."
Angel had more of a suspicious feeling with Scarlett though she just kept it to herself knowing that Scarlett learned her lesson about hurting her or anyone else. Angel replied,
"You're welcome, I am needing some coffee, would you like some too?"
Scarlett nodded as Angel got up from the couch then headed to the kitchen as she texted Jana,
"Jana, I should have told you this before but I ran into Scarlett a few weeks ago and well she wanted my help with finding her a girlfriend which I didn't but she is here now hanging out with me until you all get home, she is just a friend nothing more is going on so you know."
Angel sat her phone down to get the coffee brewed then her phone went off as she read the text from Jana saying,
"Angel, I don't trust her after what she did to you last year when we were in Michigan but I am not going to control who you want as friends, I hope you will go out and make friends when we get a second vehicle because Scarlett is far from a friend she is a enemy and will always make our life hell. Just know if you need me home, I'll come straight home from work, otherwise be careful."
Angel sighed knowing Jana was right then replied,
"Yes baby, I understand. I know Scarlett is a enemy but I need to make due with what I have even having her as just friend. Anyways, I will see you tonight, I love you."
Jana responded instantly,
"I love you too, see you tonight."
Angel sat the phone down then took care of the coffee with placing it on a tray along with sugar and creamer since she didn't know what Scarlett liked. Soon as she got back in the living room she saw Scarlett stripped to nothing and getting herself off saying her name over and over. Angel dropped everything right where she was at in the hallway almost to the living room that was when she held her chest heaving heavy sighs knowing she wasn't in the kitchen that long as peeked over again to see Scarlett still going knowing this isn't helping her hormones any seeing her ex girlfriend get off.
Angel heard Scarlett finish finally as she cleaned up the mess she made and hurry back to the kitchen to reset everything an taking multiple deep breaths saying to herself it is all okay, it is okay. Angel went back to the living room to find Scarlett and dressed an sitting properly again as Angel announced,
"Coffee is ready to go Scarlett, hope you don't mind me bringing creamer and sugar since I don't know what you like."
Scarlett breathed heavily then responded,
"That is fine Angel, thank you again for allowing me to stay with you."
Angel nodded as she sat down on the couch smelling Scarlett's strong pheromones that smelt sweet and knew that she had to hold herself from pouncing on the woman knowing this was going to end in sex if she didn't control herself soon. Angel watched Buffy The Vampire Slayer and seeing some of the lesbian scene made her on edge also listening to Scarlett sipping on her hot coffee.
Scarlett scooted closer to Angel knowing that she heard her drop the coffee and was making her nervous, she wanted her badly tasting the last kiss they shared in Michigan. She knew how to make Angel want her they were a perfect couple and she will win her from Jana once an for all even if it meant interrupting her wedding it would be perfect.
Scarlett could see Angel move to the further end of the couch as she whispered,
"You know how I promised to never kiss you or touch you, well unfortunately sweet Angel you can't run to far since you have no vehicle and you are stuck home. I can't help but sense when you walked in on me getting off that you were horny, so even though you deny not wanting me, I will make you want me again."
Angel pushed Scarlett away as she kept getting closer replying,
"Please Scarlett don't, I love Jana."
Scarlett hated that name with a passion that was when she decided to take Angel into her own hands, this is going to get interesting. Scarlett could see Angel needed and wanted her after the masturbate she did it always made Angel on edge. Scarlett then replied,
"Don't speak that name in front of me, I am the one for you not her."
Angel climbed off the couch then raced upstairs to her bedroom locking herself in their as she heard Scarlett's footsteps saying,
"You can hide from me but I'll always find you. Just know I'm going to sit right here until you open up."
Angel stayed in the room without her coffee or anything knowing Scarlett would stay put and keep the house locked from Jana and the kids which meant she could lose everything. Scarlett fell asleep as did Angel, so as soon as Angel heard a door close and the sound of book bags dropping Angel knew that Jana was home that Scarlett didn't have a chance to make it.
Scarlett got kicked by Jana then Jana kneel down speaking,
"What do you think your doing with my fiancee?"
Scarlett soon got up then responded,
"Oh hey Jana um...I was just resting near the door in case she needed anything while she rested since she felt sick to her stomach earlier."
Jana couldn't and wouldn't accept that from Scarlett so she knocked on the bedroom door saying,
"Angel, baby, open up please it's okay, I am home now."
Angel slowly unlocked the door seeing the kids surround Scarlett and Jana looking at her with fierce knowing something wasn't right as she replied,
"Babe, so glad you are home."
Scarlett scowled at Angel then left the house without much of a fight. Jonathan,Avery and Jana gave Angel a hug then guided her back to the room on to the bed. That was when Jonathan took it as cue for him and Avery to leave they both did leaving their mom's alone.
Jana then spoke once again,
"Angel, sweetheart, are you feeling okay?"
Angel nodded replying,
"Yes, I am fine."
Jana hugged her responding,
"Scarlett said you were sick so I thought you were down and you didn't bother to call me?"
Angel sighed looking at Jana fearing to tell the slightest truth replying,
"I...I..just didn't want to bother you knowing you had to work."
Jana raised an eyebrow replying,
"Angel, I would have been home instantly knowing you weren't feeling good, but locking yourself in here isn't smart either."
Angel shrugged responding,
"I just wanted to be alone from Scarlett is all since I didn't feel good, she laid by the door to take care of me."
Jana knew something was fishy but didn't force it out of Angel.
Jana had trouble concentrating at work that following week knowing Scarlett could come around again just to get Angel wrapped around her and which it wouldn't be long for sure before their engagement falls apart because of Angel trusting Scarlett so close but she knew she had to be strong to keep the engagement going an show Angel that Scarlett isn't a friend she wanted.
Jana felt a tap on her shoulder as she saw it was her boss saying,
"Jana, you know daydreaming on the shift isn't allowed you need to focus on our costumers."
Jana nodded as she saw Martha walk away. Martha has blonde curly hair with deep dark hazel eyes also white skin, she is a bit heavy set for being five feet two inches and two hundred thirty pounds.
The wedding bakery has been amazing and she can't wait for her an Angel to order a cake from it too. Jana loved working it's just she was so worried about Angel and having trouble with discussing the kids with a last name change so they all share the same one since the kids parents died several years ago leaving them in this crazy world.
Martha has told Jana that she could own the bakery some day just to give her something to keep focus on but in Jana's heart she really missed Windsong that her an Angel made a living with before coming out here to start over.
As Jana sat the last cake in the window for opening her phone went off as she looked at it, it wasn't a number she had seen before so she picked it up saying,
"Hello?"
The voice spoke in reply,
"Hi, is this Jana?"
Jana didn't recognize the voice at all then replying,
"Yes it is."
The voice shook as the person responding,
"Good, I am Jonathan and Avery's grandmother, you are probably surprised to hear from me in which I understand completely but I am calling to ask how my grand-babies are? By the way my name is Sandra Bowman."
Jana cleared her throat knowing this was going to happen eventually as she replied,
"Um...yes, Jonathan and Avery are doing great, loving school,making great friend and loving me an my fiancee to pieces."
Sandra struggled to speak as she responded,
"Good to hear, I miss them babies but I couldn't take them in, I am in bad shape as it is and I knew they deserved better than what I could give them. So glad you and your man have taken them babies."
Jana tried not to laugh at the lady assuming she was with a man so she replied,
"Yes, we love them and have shown them love that no other could. Oh yes, I am with a woman not a man but thank you anyways."
Sandra on the other breathed a heavy sigh responding,
"I am sorry didn't know my grand-kids were with lesbians the paperwork didn't say when I got a hold of them. I am hoping you and your fiance can come to Maryland so I can see them again, I truly do miss them."
Jana had to hurry up with the phone call as she replied,
"Sandra, I am sure me and my fiance can make arrangements let me speak with her but I must go I am at work and need to get back since it isn't even break time."
Sandra sighed again responding,
"Of course, thank you again and have a great day."
That was Sandra clicked off as Jana placed her phone in the back pocket as she turned around Martha raised her eyebrow saying,
"You need to come to my office."
Jana bowed her head as she walked behind her boss then as they got to the hallway she felt Martha nudge her some more as they reached the office Martha had to unlock the door then had Jana sit down in the leather chairs.
Martha placed herself in front of Jana with her structure leaning against the desk seeing her legs revealed with smooth grace upon them and the heels perfectly around her feet as she cleared her throat saying,
"Jana, quit staring at me I am not here to be seduced to this some what attraction you have towards me from what your co-workers are saying...anyways why were you on the phone during your shift? Sweet Designs Bakery takes a lot of hours to prepare for morning and you know this."
Jana couldn't get her mind off the fact her babies grandmother had called and didn't get to know the woman well so in the back of her mind she knew to save the number later. Jana then focused on Martha with those hazel eyes and her busty breasts that looked gorgeous every day as she replied,
"I am sorry Martha, I do love working here truly I do, I had a surprise call from the kids grandma that lives in Maryland so i wasn't expecting it and picked it up. The only reason I have been daydreaming is because my fiance's ex girlfriend Scarlett Thomas is in this town and has made it hell for us, she wants Angel and Angel loves me."
Martha walked closer to Jana then placed her hands on the chair and leaned down staring at Jana with deep look of curiosity as if kissing Jana would solve anything that was when Martha stood straight up an adjusting her skirt replying,
"So, this isn't about me at all as I see. Okay, you are clear on that. For Scarlett harassing you both, I am sorry but work comes first and glad the kids grandmother got a hold of you but please don't answer your phone until break or call that person back later this shop means a lot to me an I can't have everyone texting,playing or answering calls during shift's it is important to be ready for customers."
Jana nodded in agreement as she stood up to leave Martha grabbed her arm turning her around and then planted a kiss right on Jana's lips as she try to shove Martha off, she wanted her boss yes but not this way. Jana pushed Martha back harder then took a deep breath saying,
"Alright you kissed me, are you better now? because I would like to get back to work since this job is what keeps my family going and yes I find you attractive but I can't be involved with you since I am going to be married eventually."
Martha lowered her head then responded,
"Yes, yes that felt amazing and I am sorry for doing that I just had to know, you are the only lesbian in this job at least I assume you are the way you prance around here. But go, get out of my office before we end up doing a lot more that might leave me regretful."
Jana walked out without a word as she quickly went to the bathroom to clean off her lips from the lipstick that wasn't hers and place on hers along with some dab of perfume to hopefully get her bosses smell off after she was done, she went back to the main floor then opening the shop seeing customers lined up.
Jana got home from work along with picking the kids up from school as she saw Angel and Scarlett together again it was pissing her off as Angel looked at Jana with sorry in her eyes knowing she did something she shouldn't have even though she has done the same thing by kissing another female so she knew them two had to have a talk, luckily the kids took it on cue to leave without a word and Scarlett looked between them both as that was her cue also to leave as Jana shoved her back on the couch saying,
"Sit you filthy bitch, Angel what the hell is going on? Oh wait don't tell me you two had sex while I worked my ass off?"
Angel shook her head replying,
"Babe, we didn't do anything and why are you down my throat you look like you had an eventful day because you smell quite different that you tried to hide."
Jana took a step back responding,
"That was because I....I need to talk to you right now."
Jana grabbed Angel's hand guiding her upstairs as she saw Scarlett try to leave again then spoke,
"You are to stay here, you understand Scarlett you don't leave because I am not done with you and if you escape just wait an see next time you try to take my love for a ride."
That was when Jana slammed the door with Angel in the room speaking again,
"Alright baby listen to me, I have been attractive to my boss Martha whose a older woman but she has only kissed me nothing serious and I wouldn't let her get that far because I love you more than anyone else."
Angel nodded with tears in her eyes replying,
"Scarlett has been trying to rape me every chance she gets me alone here it's like she knows when you and the kids leave. She hates it when I say I am in love with you and threatens me each time with that she will take me away from you and the kids if I don't confess something that isn't true."
Jana hugged Angel as tears came down her cheek responding,
"I can't believe this is happening to us after we just moved away from Michigan for nothing it seems, my parent's disapprove,your ex is stalking our lives, and I am lusting after my very own boss for no dang reason behind."
Angel hugged Jana tighter with replying,
"We have to get through this for our kids sake, I mean what will they think if both of their mommies are having issues with reality?"
Jana released from Angel's arms then walked around the room in a pace responding,
"Best way to handle this is me changing jobs again and you finding away to give Scarlett what she wants but be with me still this is the only way I can think of in short notice, in which I hope she is still downstairs."
Angel shook her head at Jana not liking the idea as she replied,
"Why should I give Scarlett what she wants?"
Jana held Angel's shoulder's responding,
"Just trust me, we will get through this and I will handle the kids while you handle Scarlett this is the best option."
Angel wanted to desperately cry again but she couldn't as she replied,
"Alright Jana if you insist but our engagement isn't the end either I will marry you if it's the last thing I do."
Jana hugged Angel one last time and then guided her downstairs to see Scarlett actually waiting an watching television to pass time. Angel and Jana held hands as Angel spoke,
"Scarlett, I am willing to be with you if I can come here to see the kids often."
Scarlett smiled with a reply,
"You can see your kids just as long as Jana doesn't interfere understand Angel?"
Angel nodded as she released her hand from Jana then she saw both kids with tears in their eyes as Avery spoke,
"Mom, are you leaving mommy? you can't go, we are bound together forever."
Angel walked to the hallway where Avery and Jonathan were as she kneel down to both of them replying,
"I will be back babies just mom has to take care of some stuff out of town and Miss Scarlett won't hurt mom I'll be okay, I promise."
Avery and Jonathan hugged Angel with tears in their eyes then Angel released them as she walked over to Scarlett saying,
"Alright, let's go before my kids really get upset and cling to me more."
Scarlett grabbed Angel by the arm roughly guiding her outside to her 1997 White Ford Focus that was literally beaten by a baseball pat or more. Angel was guided to the passenger side and Scarlett locked the car as she unlocked the driver side than climbing into sit than looking at Angel saying,
"You will be so precious to me my sweet and you'll forget about Jana very soon."
Angel just shrugged looking through the windshield seeing her beautiful fiancee and kids with sorrow in their eyes knowing that she was leaving with someone she didn't want to be with.
