1 A Story's Start

-In An Unknown Place-

"Good job kid. So do you want the usual."

"Add in some extra coins, lower the amount of hard bread, and increase the amount of dried meats. Feel free to make it plenty since this will be our last deal."

"Give me a bit but I did add a gift. It seems things have gotten a little extreme."

"Yup."

"Alright we'll have you go through standard capture procedure then we'll have you assist the others for a while."

"...Fine but let me take care of something."

"Do you need help."

"Its fine. Just prepare the wolfs near the forest entrance and make sure to bring my rewards. Ill take that gift and some coins though"

"...Alright."

"See you tonight."

After our little talk I made my way home with my gift in hand.

I walked and walked and walked making my way to my small little village. After a long while I made it.

"Hey brat you got any goods?"

"Nope but heres some coins. Now guide me home. Oh and I have no more."

I tossed the local thug a small sack full of mostly bronze coins with some silver coins.

"Sure I just guide you home right."

"You follow me and we go my route. If you do good I can guarantee you a job as an assistant for our favorite merchant."

"So you two really do get along."

"Yup now come on."

He gave me a nice big smile.

"Alright master."

We began our walk my new slave doing his job well. Making sure non of the townsfolk tried anything.

After a while of walking in the open I stopped.

"You already know where I live. Meet me there midnight tonight and you will get your gift."

"Yes master."

We separated and I made my way back home, going from alley to alley.

After a while I made it back to my sweet sweet home.

"IM BACK!"

"JIANG YOU LITTLE SHIT WHAT TOOK SO LONG!"

"...Father I managed to land us some silver coins."

"...MY...MY COINS...Okay."

He never changes.

"Come on give me them."

That fat bastard walked up to me with his fake smile and his palm wide open...I know your going to hit me anyways.

I pulled out a small bag full of silver coins and moved it towards that bastards palms.

"YOUR MOVING TO SLOW DAMN IT!"

Of course he got impatient and tried to grab it out of my hand.

"Not today."

I lifted the bag of silvers and hit his hand as hard as I possibly could.

"FUCK YOU LITTLE SHIT!"

I didn't stop I immediatly hit his face with bag of silvers sending teeth and blood flying. As soon as the bag was halway into his face, he began to fall down.

I pulled out the merchants gift from my sleeve.

The bastard fell onto the floor hitting his head pretty hard.

Seeing he was unconsciense I pulled my gift out of its sheath and sat on top of him.

"Finally."

I held my gift, a small knife with both hands and prepared to end it all.

I began to press the tip of the knife against his chest preparing to cut him open.

"I can do this I can do this I can do this."

As I was about to cut him open all the time I spent with this bastard came flooding back. All the times he hit me, All the times he stole my earnings, all the times he nearly broke me.

"I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS!"

I lifted up the knife and began to thrust as hard as I could.

As soon as the knife made it in he screamed and slapped me off knocking me onto my ass.

"FUCK!"

He straightened his back and gave me a look full of bloodlust.

"THATS IT YOU USELESS SHIT!"

I grabbed the knife that fell out of him as he moved him arm to grab my ankle.

I successfully grabbed the knife but he successfully grabbed my ankle.

"TONIGHTS THE NIGHT YOU DIE YOU LITTLE SHIT!"

He gripped my ankle hard effectivly breaking it.

"AHHHHHH"

Fuck fuck fuck no I dont want to die!

"GET AWAY GET AWAY GET AWAY!"

With him still gripping my ankle I began ti stab into his leg sinking the knife all the way in.

"FUCK!"

He immediately let go of me so I began to run my ankle still busted.

"I can't do it I cant do it I cant do it."

I left the knife and ran ignoring my broken ankle.

"COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT!"

I heard his voice his loud angry voice and knew in that moment that no matter what I cant stop moving.

I ran and ran and ran ignoring his screams as he dragged his hurt body trying his hardest to catch me.

After A while I had to slow down as the pain in my ankle was just to much. Thankfully I managed to escape that bastard.

I continued to walk slowly making my way to the forest.

After a while of walking I made it to the forest entrance.

"Alright Ill relax insife for a while."

I looked up and saw the bright moon then looked at the forest entrance.

I saw red trees reaching the sky forming a clear canopy of black leaves as if trying to swallow the sky.

The soil at the entrance was a light gray color almost white with pitch black leafes spread pjt everywhere. While the soil outside of the forest was normal.

"Devils den my ass...Alright lets just rest."

I walked into the forest easily making my way deep into the forest as the trees were split far apart.

After a minute of walking I decided to stop and rest.

"The dirts so wierd."

I layed down and began to catch my breath.

"Fuck im so tired."

I sat down for a bit in the darkness waiting for my body to relax.

"...Its...so...hard...to...breath."

Despite laying on the cold ground my body continued to panic. My lungs unable to take in air, my heart beating intensely, and sweat covering every part of my body.

Eventually I couldnt even keep my eyes open.

"Its been a while since something this good came by."

...A voice...

"help...he.."

"Shut up. Yes yes I can work with this."

Please...I dont want to die...please...

"Yeah he can handle the buds. Ill save some flowers. Anyways time for a bite."

Huh?

Suddenly my neck felt very wierd...I cant fell my body...

"Yes yes this will work. Make sure to survive new guy. Ill help you out but I have my limits."
