37 Important Announcement
I get a notification of a review saying that I delete bad reviews on the cover page and when I go to my cover page, there were only 12 reviews and this new one didn't show up on that page. I waited around 12 hours to see if it was something about the website that caused this delay but the review still didn't show up on the page so I decided to post that review here and answer a couple of things mentioned there.
And I think it's important to explain to readers before reading this is not a rant about a bad review. It's just a mishap happened and I take the opportunity to explain some staff might stayed too vague in the novel.

This review followed by a 1-star rating but weirdly on my notification screen it shows like one and a half star, so I guess something wrong on the website side but I don't really know what's really happened.

As for my answers for this review:
1. Mc can create and train his own skills and spells. Like sword mastery and later on, he creates the Fire tendril and many other fire spells but since fire magic skill created all fire-related and mana consuming skills stays under that part and I don't specifically mention them as individual spells so I won't dumb too much unnecessary information on a random point of a chapter when I tried to explain something else in that episode.
Another part of this answer is Arthur only learned about how to use mana a month ago. I don't like fanfic like mc reincarnated to became someone like Goku or Ichigo and in their first day of a new world after 10 minutes of meditation, they learned to how masterfully manipulate the energy type of that verse. Authors of this novel usually set these characters' backgrounds into a normal world (just like I did ) with no mana, no Qi, no chakra, no reiatsu or reiryoku. After coming to a new world these characters suddenly able to recreate skills they saw in the show without actually knowing how they work.
Like fireball jutsu in Naruto, you do some hand signs and yell fireball jutsu.... and here you mastered a C-rank Jutsu without knowing the correct pathway of how much chakra should be pushed out of body following 360 chakra coils locating inside of your body.
As for why Arthur did buy the fireball skill for 50 coins instead of trying to recreate a progress he has no idea of, so he might just blow off his arm trying to cast the damn thing. That's why he buys spells from the store. He has no one to teach him like how a master mage like Lolikiano Mistrim reached Han-jihan in the original series.
2, The reason why bloodlines like " Kryptonian" and " Saiyan" are cheaper than this system is because they have limits.
Kryptonians other than superman(Clark Kent) mostly stuck in power levels around < Solar System ( Explained in auxiliary chapter 1) >. Supermans(can reach universal and above) origin depends on the creators writing his comic book. Some say he genetically designed to become the apex specimen of his species by taking the most prominent features of the most prominent people of the Kryptonian race. Some other writers say he is the only naturally born child without any genetic alterations in krypton in thousands of years. So he is relatively purer on the genetics side( like a High Human - High Kryptonian comparison) and the Kryptonians have a whole pantheon full of gods lead by a man named Rao.( The being that gave Arthur his power mentioned how gods limit their creation's power levels so they cant surpass them.)
On Saiyan's side, according to their lore around 10,000 battle power is mostly the peak level of their race. The people like Goku, Vegeta, and Broly are exceptions in this race. Goku trained in martial arts from an early age by some of the greatest martial artist and teachers of the Dragon Ball verse like Son Gohan( His human adopted grandfather from the original show aired before Z and Super), Muten Roshi, Korin, Kami, King Kai( who has been teaching heroes of heaven possibly millions of years) Yadrath Elder, and Whis. On Vegeta's side, he was said to be the greatest genius of their race, and from a young age, he was fighting against warriors of different races that were trying to save their home planet from destructions He improved himself over deadly battles. Lastly, on Broly's side, he is the true apex of the Saiyan race in every aspect he stuck in a world and surrounded with the constant hostile environment that needed him to evolve to survive and he is taught by his father paragus who is shown as one of the more powerful Saiyans in planet vegeta.
What I'm trying to say is just because you get a normal bloodline of these races doesn't mean you can reach the levels of these people., but if you have the gamer ability only thing you have to do is grinding, there is no limits for how many stat points you can get with training unlike, there is no limit to how much knowledge you can obtain and use how many different skills you can have.
3, I didn't delete anyone's review or comments. This doesn't mean everybody who read my novel liked it. It means most of the people don't like it just didn't bother to put a review.
4. Yes, there is only one bad review, and it's written in Spanish but I personally translate it to English and post it on the comments section of that review six days before I got the user FrightKnight88's review notification.
5, Lastly I didn't understand whose worries should be addressed but if you (FrightKnight88) mean the readers, I answer the people who have posted their questions whether if it's in paragraph comments or in the regular comment section at the end of chapters. The rest of the comments are just people leaving their opinions on those sections, I don't think that parts needs a reply from me.
If you mean my worries. Those parts what I call plot holes. After creating them, I came back to those problems after like 10 or 15 chapters and fixed them. to me, that's how character and story progression works.
This is a slow progression novel, the main character will keep growing throughout the story. Arthur you read at the start of the novel and Arthur you will read in the final chapter will not be the same person.
