27 Jennie's Party ~ part 01 ~
"Hannah! Get up!!!"
Lucy knocked on Hannah's door trying to break it down.
It was always a headache for Hannah. She didn't know why her little sister always had a problem with her sleeping.
Hannah managed to roll around her bed with utter laziness. She slowly got up and looked at her clock.
[ 04:30 pm ]
She always woke up late at night and woke up in the early morning for school. So she always needed an evening sleep.
"What is it Lucy???"
Hannah shouted angrily.
"I need to get Mr. Ben! I need him!! I left him inside with you!"
The little child screamed as she knocked on the door heavier and heavier.
"Alright alright!"
Hannah took the brown teddy bear sitting on the chair that was dressed as an astronaut.
She grabbed the bear and opened the door.
"Ayeeeee Mr. Ben!!!"
The little girl who's only inches tall jumped at her and took the plushie from her hands.
"Now scatter!"
Hannah yelled at her little sister as she shut the door rapidly.
*Little imp's always messing my sleep!*
She went to make her bed.
After organising her room properly, she went to take a wash. She had asked Danny and Conor to come for the party so she had to be ready in time.
She always loved to wear pink sweatshirts. So she mostly wore sweatshirts. But today she was going for a denim jacket.
The party was at 6:00 pm but people always arrive 30 minutes before the party begins. But if it was a function it was always the last 5 minutes.
Her hair was a mess and she was wearing her long unfitting t-shirt she always wore at home.
"Ughhhh!!! Fucking hair!"
She cursed as she pulled her hair to untangle the knots.
After making her hair more messy, she left to take a bath.
~ Conor's house ~
He was always a neat boy.
The man never lets his room be a mess. He loved being alone. But today, he was invited to a party.
After the birthday party of his crush back in middle school, he was never invited to a party again. He took a naughty puppy as a birthday gift for his crush and the savage puppy bit two people and ruined the cake.
All those lonely and stupid moments and getting bullied made him the crazy person he is today.
But learning to live alone was the best for him. Getting higher grades and earning money like a king. His graphic designing was the best in Calliberone.
So he had a lot of customers.
He was going to reject the invite from Hannah but something inside him didn't let him do it.
He got dressed in a denim jacket and made his white hair a little more unsteady.
He took his wallet and placed it in his back pocket. Then he moved out of the house to head to the turn where he always met Danny and Hannah.
As he stepped out of the house, he checked his wrist watch.
[ 05:45 pm ]
"Holy shit!!"
Conor quickly rushed down the street to meet them. He was never late. He had to keep his record.
~ Danny's house ~
Danny had been waiting for a long time to go to a party. Now he finally got the chance.
"I wonder why Jennie's pulling off a party!"
He said as he swiped up his hair using his hand. The guy always loved leather coats. It's rare to see him without one.
He looked at the time from his wrist watch.
[ 05: 40 pm ]
It was about time he took off. He quickly got his wallet and rushed down the stairs.
Hannah was waiting for him in front of her house.
"Come on Danny!" she uttered as Danny ran to her.
"What? I was right on time!" Danny said, covering himself up.
"Huff! Like always!" smirked Hannah at Danny. Danny always blushed in front of Hannah. She always made him blush.
"Let's goooo!"
Hannah said as she took Danny's hand and dragged him across the street.
Some kids were heading off from their houses. Some of them were even Danny's classmates.
"Ha! See we're on time!" Danny praised himself showing the kids to Hannah.
"Mhmmm.. Now where's Conor!" Hannah asked as she checked her phone for any new notifications.
"Conor! Well I don't think he'll ever be late!" said Danny feeling a little jealous.
"Yes, he won't!"
Hannah and Danny reached the turn to Upper Parker's Lane. Suddenly, Conor came running down the hill.
Danny and Hannah chuckled at the way he ran.
Conor saw them and quickly slowed down. He slowly walked to them as if he never ran.
But he couldn't stop the panting so the lie was uncovered in seconds.
"So! Right on time!" grinned Danny taunting Conor.
"Yes! Right on time!" Conor said, giving off a painful smile.
"Now let's go guys! We need to get there before the fun begins!!" Hannah uttered.
Then all three of them started to walk along Parker's Lane to Jennie's house.
Her house was at the far end of the neighborhood, close to the school.
"Jesus! I don't even remember what a party is now... Haven't gone to one in years!" said Conor as they walked along the street.
"Yep! Me neither!" said Danny.
"Nooooooooooo!! Come on!! Why is that?"
Hannah asked the two.
The two of them knew exactly why, but kept their mouths shut.
"Hehehe! I don't know!"
Danny answered, giving off a fake smile.
"Well... Then let's enjoy today!" said Hannah.
The sun was setting down. It was almost nightfall now.
About 8 or 9 cars passed by and some of them had spray painted the doors. It read,
[ Happy Birthday Jennie! ]
Jennie was a popular girl in school. She had about 15 boyfriends already. And all of them were the local bullies.
After about 15 minutes of walking and ranting about school periods, Danny and the other two reached the house.
The lawn was filled with cars. Even the streets.
The house was big so they expected that they would have enough space to hang around.
"Jesus Christ!" yelled out Conor looking at the house.
The whole decorated house bought back those weird memories.
*Did I make a mistake?* Conor asked himself looking at the big house.
People were flooding in. Millions of balloons hung from the big house. It was almost as big as the Longwood mansion.
The music had already started.
"WOOOHOOOO!!!"
Some teens screamed as they climbed up to the roof.
"Well her parents aren't home! Let's blend in!" said Hannah as she grabbed the two boys by their hands and dragged them in.
