1 Trapped... Aren't You Concerned?

Night sighed, tapping a finger on the wall, magic agitating the ruins each time. A small fain glow of purple mingling with the dull wight light as she persisted. She didn't seem to pay any notice to Clarion's groan of protest.

"Night, please just stop. No magic is going to work, there is no point in trying. We are stuck, trapped! It's beyond me!" Clarion yelled, eyes glowing darkly. " Why are you even still trying?"

"The ruins are making pretty glows." Night responded, smiling over to the man. "I quite like it."

Clarion was silent for amount, eyes widening as he took in what the child said.

"Aren't you concerned, what so ever?" Rip asked, tilting his head.

"Not really, this room is sort of cozy." Night said, shrugging calmly. "I mean look at all of this, beds and pillows. All things that mean they aren't too hostile. Well, whoever made this trap that is."

Again Clarion was silent, glancing around at the others with confusion. Most of the team seemed terrified and concerned about the young girl. Night was always like that, doing some of the strangest things. Yet, this was super different even for her, it was concerning.

"Night? I feel like you don't understand the severity..." Sarah started, pausing as Night walked up to one of the tables. " Night, you're too calm."

Night didn't respond, pulling several large binders out of her bag. Placing them on the table, everyone was silent as she continued placing items on the table.

"Night, what are you setting up for?" Len asked, making his way to her side. "It looks familiar."

"Yeah, I thought we could play some D and D since we have nothing better to do."

"I was more confused about the bag? I just have questions." Clarion admitted, shrugging ever so slightly. "Where did you even get that?"

"Another world." Night shrugged as she continued her set up.

Deciding that he wasn't going to get a straight answer, Clarion decided to help set up. It wasn't like they had a better plan or any idea as to how to get out. Further keeping the spirit up was a must, especially when two of them could lose complete control.

"So what edition?" Sarah asked, making her way to the table as well. "Or is this sort of a play it by ear?"

"Five, with some homebrew. Nothing crazy of course, but I am willing to learn." Night called with a smile."Understand?"

"Yeah, but is anyone else playing?"

"Sure, why not?" Len said walking up to the slowly growing group."Mick, you?"

"Alright, sure."

It wasn't long before the group was all set up around the table, character sheets in hand as they got to work.
