Bzzt!

Our main character, Claude, was watching anime just like any other NEET. He lived like a complete NEET not being able to contribute to society at all and just relied at his parents to live his cozy life. Claude was not a simple man as he was a peerless genius that was unrivaled by anyone but had such a deep devotion towards games and anime making him completely lethargic and lazy.

Although he was lazy, he created a program that had rivaled multiple major social networks at the age of 18, which made him millions. Such wealth would make anyone feel satisfied but not Claude as he wished for something that would finally rival him.

Bzzt!

That static sound made Claude stand up and pause his anime marathon. "What was that? Mom! What are you doing down there? The static noise was making him feel uncomfortable there might be a problem with his daily routine.

"Do you want to play a game against God?" This voice was warm and welcoming but the sudden voice in his head startled him and made him immediately run out of his room.

A light blinded him when he opened the door to his room.

"Ugh" What was that?" Opening his eyes once again he saw he was in a very vast field filled with flowers with butterflies filling the area.

[Ding! Integration Complete! Welcome, Claude Zero, To Etherea A place where games can determine your life! Your goal is to play a game against the God of Games]

"Huh?! What's going on? My life could be determined by how I play games? What's this about playing a game against the God of Games?"

[Correct. Now this system will you in familiarizing yourself with this world but do note that you aren't the only person who is rising to play a game against the God of Games]

"Wait... Etherea... Determined by games... God of Games... This is like that one anime! Screw season 2! This is waaaay better!" Excitement filled Claude's eyes as he ran through the fields trying to see as if he could play with the others. He ran and ran until he felt tired which was pretty quickly since he was a NEET in the first place.

Huff! Huff!

Panting could be heard as he kept on trying to run and challenge others. A voice then sounded in his head warning him regarding the world.

[User! Please wait! There are dangers that lurk in every corner! People die very cruelly here and there are rules as well]

[These are the new rules of the world you are in:]

1. There are no limits in conflict and everything may be decided with games may it be a simple matter or a complicated matter. Only applicable if the other party accepts the challenge.

2. In the games, as long as each person agrees with the other's bet regardless of the wager it is accepted.

3. There is no limit as what could be bet. Even lives could be bet for the sake of the game.

4.No matter who issued the challenge both parties must agree before a game could continue and a light signifies the start of the game.

5. All the members of the game from each party must be of equal number and if any extra person is involved in any side the game is null.

6. If a party cheats, punishment states that they would lose and any bet they made will be doubled and will be the slave of the other party.

7. The other party that is participating is the only one that could declare 'cheating' and if they are false in accusing the other party they will pay the same punishment as pledge six. But if the cheating was obvious there would be no need.

8. Challenging the God of Games will require the person to enslave the 15 Races. Unless the God of Games is the one to challenge the person which that person may not decline.

9. [Rule Stated by the God of Games, will only take place against the God of Games]

10. Breaking one of the rules will not cause death rather an eternal suffering in the depths of hell where they may never come back unless the God of Games says so.

11. Other than these rules, there aren't anymore and any loophole made will be accepted.

Claude was shocked at the rules that had been displayed in front of him. "This is pretty dark... but regardless I am still here! All I have to do is not lose at all and I could live pretty leisurely!"

Claude then sat on the floor trying to gain back his energy, "So system, what do you do?"

[I will help the user to play a game against the God of Games. This mission has been given to you by the God of Games due to his boredom. I can only assist you with 3 things regardless of what they are and removing a single rule. Enslaving a race will increase what I can help you with by 1]

"A-Anything? Then isn't that a little bit overpowered? Well since I could remove one of the rules I choose the 9th rule!" Claude was extremely confident in his decision as if he was going to beat the God of Games he would need to remove the rules that could possibly help the God of Games.

[Understood]

"What else can you do?"

[Let you learns skills and increase your prowess in every aspect imaginable. From simple card game tricks up to peerless sword techniques that even the God of Swords cannot fight against since not everything can be done in a game]

"I understand... so where do we head to first?" Claude despite his appearance was the smartest kid in his country. He was either so amazing that even could even say he was peerless or he was just plain lazy, but he created the program that could earn him money and even support millions. One could even say he could barely rival Blank.

[I suggest to go to the village to the North of here named Mourn Wood Village. This village is a common place for people to stop by when they are going to visit the Kingdom of the Imanity]

"Huh? I see well... Mourn Wood Village it is! Now how do I manage to get these skills?"

[Beat others! The system will give you 3 skills that you could learn instantly right now!]

"Hmm... I'll decide later on! Let's go first to Mourn Wood Village since Information is Power."
