"We are going to arrive in the CGA headquarter space station soon" said James as he looks at me from the other side of the desk we both sitting at

"So let's continue some of our reviews this past week?" putting up a glasses to his eyes and raised some papers, James continued "So like we had discussed previously, the Qi energy that you have been living with all this time is named Atrlic radiation by the intergalactic civilization. And after our full scanning into your body, it's filled with the Atrlic radiation"

"We have yet measured your power in the ICG (Intergalactic Combatant Grades). But with how you moved back then to attack one of the marines in this ship, that would at least take you into the B- rank" pulling the table cabinet, James take out a black bracelet that everyone in this place wear and he give it to me "This one is unidentified SOS. You would need to activate it in the space station later and go to the CGA bureau. But for now, keep it"

Picking it up from James hand and putting it on my wrist, I ask "And how strong is this B- rank grade you talk about?"

Frowning, James ruminating some papers in his table cabinet and taking out a darken blue paper that it's words in there is colored with the color of blood "This one is written with Centralion language. But if you hold click your UI, the UI will scan the words for you and will transfer the translated words directly into your brain by using nanotechnology stored inside the UI" then James reaching out his hand to offer up the paper while his other hand index finger pointing to the UI that is right beside my right eye

Raising my eyebrows, I accept the paper and push the UI part which James just pointed. And with a click sound, A blue light come from the UI and covered the paper in a net shaped light, and the light then moving up and down as if searching anything and everything that's unusual in the paper.

After waiting the process of the blue light moving systemically, which is roughly for thirty seconds, and then suddenly there's a woman voice sounded inside my head

"[Processing the words language in the paper completed. Detected as Centralion language. Would you accept the translated data now?]"

'Yes' I replied by thinking out loud. After that, a sudden headache overflow my head as more and more words appeared out of nowhere. Waiting for a while until the headache goes away, I blinked my eyes as the sudden influx of the words knowledge let me learn what James meant by the ICG and what B- grades meant.

[Intergalactic Combatants Grades (ICG) list. Based on human race point of view as the platform.

Grades :

G grade : The level power of combatants or lifeforms in this grade is very weak. This grade lifeforms or combatants will have the weakest power in intergalactic civilization view. Those that in this grade usually such as plants or floras In every habitable planets.

F grade : The level power of combatants or lifeforms in this grade is very ordinary. This grade lifeforms or combatants will have the most ordinary power in intergalactic view, might even counted still weak as well in some case. Those that in this grade usually such as ordinary humans without any technological weapons or some strong animals like lions, tigers, bears, etc.

D grade : The level of combatants or lifeforms in this grade is much higher than ordinary peaceful citizens. This grade lifeforms or combatants would be the barest minimum to enter the intergalactic civilization view as combatants or soldiers. Those that in this grade usually such as very highly trained human soldiers wielding the latest technology of gunpowder guns or human espers with adequate amount of power or the apprentice wizards that knows many elementary spells, the likes of fireballs or thunderbolts.

C grade : The level combatants or lifeforms in this grade can be called as intergalactic fighters. This grade lifeforms or combatants is eligible to enter any jobs involving fighting, guarding, or even escorting in any places of the intergalactic civilization. Those that in this grade usually such as experienced human soldiers wearing hight tech armored suits or espers with the big amount of power and can control their ability more practically or wizard that able to master some high expert tier spells.

B grade : The level combatants or lifeforms in this grade would be able to be given some respect in most of area in the intergalactic civilization. This grade lifeforms or combatants would be able to be called as experts in the way of combat and able to be given some high tiered jobs and able to secure themselves some high positions in some places in the intergalactic civilization. Those that in this grade usually such as human soldiers with high tech weapons and fully equipped with a mecha and armored suit or espers with very high mastery of their ability and more powerful in their ESP power or high wizard that able to master all high expert tiered spells.

A grade : The level of combatants or lifeforms in this grade would be respected in everywhere they go in the intergalactic civilization. This grade lifeforms or combatants would be called as Master in the way of combat and would always be wanted in many places in the intergalactic civilization. Those that in this grade usually such as experienced human commander of a two or more battleships and skilled in fighting using very advanced technology and have a very vast understanding of a lot high tech knowledge or espers with very humongous ESP power and mastery of his ability to perfection or grand wizard that able to wield all master tiered spells.

S grade : The level of combatants or lifeforms in this grade is very high class in everywhere of the intergalactic civilization. This grade lifeforms or combatants able to change the planet surface by themselves. Those that in this grade usually such as calamity threat espers with measured ESP power that is so high even by intergalactic civilization standards and mastery of their ability reach a whole new realm or arch wizard that able to master some of divinity tiered spells.

SS grade : The level of combatants or lifeforms in this grade is called as one-man-army by the intergalactic civilization. This grade lifeforms or combatants have enough combat might to fight against a fleet full of battleship by themselves. Those that in this grade usually such as espers with unique strong ability and their ability potential have reached the max to enter this grade or arch wizard that had evolve into a very advanced race and able to master all divinity tiered spells.

X grade : The level of combatants or lifeforms in this grade can strike fear into any intergalactic civilizations in the universe. This grade lifeforms or combatants would be able to change the entire galaxy war by themselves and even can destroy the solar system in their full powered single attack. Those that in this grade usually such as espers with unique strong ability had already their max and able to break their bottleneck of those called max power or advanced race that able to wield a whole new realm of higher divinity spells.

Every grades divided with ranks and each grade would have three ranks to measure out how strong the combatants or lifeforms is in that grade. For example :

C- Rank : The combatants or lifeforms in this rank would just had reached C grade and still at first step of their journey.

C Rank : The combatants or lifeforms in this rank is in the middle of developing their power or combat skills.

C+ Rank : The combatants or lifeforms in this rank is in the peak development of their power or combat skills, and one step away into reaching the next grade. ]

I look up into James with the corner of my mouth twitching "This would take a while for me to learn…"

Chuckling from my response, James open his mouth and said "Well, better start to learn it then, we will reach the space station soon and those grades list would be very important for your stay in there"

Nodding in agreement, I stand up from my chair and start walking to the door "I will be in my room for another interview of yours later if you want"

Making apologetic smile, James said "I know you understand that we had saved you because of what the rules stated and you have to be in service for CGA for some time. But please, later on when you will register your SOS and would be examined for your grades, please make it to be at least in C grade or we will all be punished for helping a civilization native that yet even ready enter the intergalactic civilization if they are not even a grade C" paused for a second, James continued "But we would be punished as well if they found out we didn't aid a civilization from the threat of World Eater. The intergalactic civilization rules is pretty strict, you know"

Browsing through the new information inside my head, I replied "I thought the barest minimum is D grade?"

Hesitating for three seconds, James said with a troubled face "That.. is true, the barest minimum to be recognized as soldiers is D grade combatants. But the CGA doesn't like to do charity world if their only reward is one D grade fighter which is as good as cannon fodder"

Staying silent for five seconds while looking at James, I open my mouth and say "I understand" and then left from the room without wasting anymore breaths
