"Can I assume you are the one responsible for what's going on outside" Asked Professor Xavier

"Yeah, sorry for not giving any notice" Said, Theodore

"No its fine, the students and I appreciate it greatly," Said Professor with a sigh of relief

"Wow, you really work fast don't ya" Said Rogue as stared in wonder at the speedy construction.

"Thank you for your help Mr Hunt," Said Piotr (Colossus) as he deactivated his metal form.

"Yes, thank Mr Hunt" Said Jean with a happy and sincere smile.

Scott was feeling like his territory was being invaded as he started at Theodore with caution.

"Hey, do think you can leave some bots to help with cleaning or taking care of some small tasks like changing diapers," Asked Kitty excitedly

"Ah yeah sure but could you make sure that it doesn't get destroyed I kinda don't like wasting my efforts," Said Theodore

"Do you think because we're mutants well destroy it?" Asked Scott in a disgruntled tone.

"Scott!!" Said Jean shocked at his tone.

'What the fuck did I do to piss him off' Thought Theodore disappointed at Scott's attitude.

Theodore replied with an eye roll "Please, the problem isn't because of them being mutant but the fact that you have trouble makers. It's to be expected as they are teens you know the rebellious phase"

Some of the students in the room look away awkwardly not wanting to acknowledge his words even though they knew it was true.

"We are understaffed so it makes it difficult to teach all the kids properly," Said Professor Xavier sadly

"I have a method that could help with that but first let's finish off the building and go for a tour," Said Theodore

"That would be great, if I may ask, are you human?" Asked Professor Xavier

"Yes, I'm human but I'm quite the special case of a human. May I just say that I'm honoured to meet two great minds like yourselves Professor and Dr McCoy" Said Theodore with a smug smile.

Hank was pleased to be recognized for his brain rather than his famous work as the beast while Professor had gotten used it but nonetheless glad.

"Dad, where are we and who are all these people?" Said Rose while poking at Theodore's cheek.

"We at a very special school for people with superpowers," Said Theodore

"This is school. It's very brown" Said Chloe in a quite while staring at the old decor.

Rose was shocked and put her hands on his cheeks "School! No, let's go, dad, we need to run!"

"Ouch hey calm down," Said Theodore while his head rocking side to side with each pull of his cheeks.

"But dad it's school. Scary teachers and scary books" Said Rose as she shook in fear.

The other students in the room unanimously nod their heads in agreement to her naive portrayal of school.

"Books are good" Chloe stated

"Teachers and books don't let me hit super cool tricks with my skateboard or play outside and, and there's no daddy in school," said Rose with teary eyes.

'I don't have any memory of you learning any tricks. And stop using me' Thought Theodore

"Where did you learn all of this?" Said Theodore with an awkward smile.

Rose gave a proud snort and raised her finger one at a time, and said "Horrid Henry, Ben 10, Codename: Kids Next Door, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy"

"Okay, after this we'll watch a cartoon that I used to watch. For now just know that school is where you make friends and learn things that we'll help you in your future" Said, Theodore

"I have to go to school to be a daredevil like Kick?" Asked Rose in a confused tone

'I should really ban that Kick Buttowski show it's becoming way too much of an influence. I've seen her jumping from heights and her attempts at front flip on the soft play area are frankly scary. Though it would be pretty cool' Thought Theodore

Theodore decided to just lie through his teeth "Yes you need to go to school or the big boss of daredevils won't let you become a professional"

"Big boss is bad. So when can I go to school I'm gonna do it really really fast" Said Rose with excitement.

"Umm can I learn lots of things," said Chloe with a gleam in her eyes.

"Yes, that's what school is for" Said Theodore with a happy smile.

Everyone except Scott they all thought that their little drama was so innocent and envious of the pure family relationship they had.

*Cough* "Right so would you guys like to go on a tour of the new building," Said Theodore to which the others gave an excited nod.

"I swear you said 5 floors" Said Rogue while pointing out that only the basements were completed.

Theodore put the kids down and opened the back yard door. The barrier was then shut down as he gave a command "Daisy, break down the walls"

The whole back portion of the mansion rapidly broke down to a clean an opening to the outside.

The robots quickly disappear as the warm summer breeze blows into the mansion.

He then gave a simple thought 'Floor 1, 2, 3, 4,5'

The empty back yard turned into a long corridor with doors down the left side while the right-hand side was made of standing windows with sliding doors that lead to the courtyard.

The style followed the same vintage manner look that the original mansion had.

From an areal point of view, the building was a long sided doughnut. In the centre was a simple courtyard that had a fish pond, benches lush green grass, tall trees and beautiful vibrant flowers.

The extension towered over the mansion with its 3 extra floors. Though the Students and X-men could only see what was in front of them.

With the kid's hand in his, he looked back and said: "You lot coming or not?"
