42 Chapter 42

(A/N: Releasing another chapter today because I felt like it. This chapter is longer than the previous short ones. And there will be a question at the end of this chapter.)

"What... Who the hell are you?" Rena sent a message back to the mysterious man using telepathy. It was not uncommon to see people who could use telepathy. In fact, anyone could do so if they learned correctly. But since this man possessed divine power and was a god, it was a simple task to communicate using telepathy.

But what she was surprised about was how fast it took that man to find her. This not only made her more interested in this man but also more determined to find out who this mysterious man is.

"You will find out in due time. Anyways, leave." The voice said.

"Hmph! Who wants to spy on you. I am just trying to use the hot spring." Rena lied.

"Then... Why are you using a divine artifact to be invisible to others?"

"That's because I don't want you staring at me!"

"..." The man was speechless.

"...A-Anyways, I'm just here to use the hot spring. You don't deserve me, who is the number one beauty," Rena proudly said.

"Sigh... Do whatever you want. As long as you don't annoy me, I will ignore the fact that you're using the excuse of "bathing" in the hot spring to spy on me."

"Hmph! Who do you think I am?" Rena snorted.

"..."

"Seal, why do you seem absentminded?" Elenor asked when she saw him spacing out.

"Oh, sorry about that, Elen. I was sending a warning to someone that was planning on spying on us. More specifically, me."

"Damn! Who dare to spy on my son/Seal?!" Yukina and Elenor yelled in angry voices.

"Mom, Elen! It's fine!" Seal immediately stood up and hugged both of them when he saw them standing up and getting their weapons out. They looked as if wanting to kill that person.

"I-If you say so." Both Yukina and Elenor were embarrassed to be suddenly hugged like that. Nonetheless, they definitely enjoyed the warmth of his embrace a lot.

"Oh, right. Big brother, can we wash each other's back like we used to when we were younger?" Alice suddenly said with sparkles in her eyes. Both Elenor and Yukina was overheard what Alice said, and they too had sparkles in their eyes.

"Oh, my cute little sister, that was when we were young." Seal stroked Alice's head.

"Pleaseeeeeeeee~!" Alice begged with puppy dog eyes.

"Ugh!" Seal (<--- Weakness #1: The cute Alice) felt his heart got pierced by an arrow seeing his younger sister like that.

"Hah... It seems like I can never win against you, Alice." Seal smile wryly while also agreeing to what Alice proposed.

"Yay! Big brother is the best!" Alice smiled brightly.

"So... Why are you guys also scrubbing my back?" Seal said towards Elenor and Yukina. They were seated on a stool behind his back like Alice was.

"Seal-chan, do you have a problem with that? When you were young, you would always ask me to take a shower with you." Yukina said.

"Wait, Seal! Is that true?!" Elenor yelled out in surprise.

"...Yes... Wait! Mom! Why are you saying that out loud?! I thought we promised to keep it a secret from our family!" Seal yelled out in embarrassment.

"No way!" Elenor yelled out in

"Seal, remember that time when you asked to hug me when going to sleep? O-Oh, a-and you can't forget that time you p-pushed me down onto the bed!" Elenor patted her chest as if that was an achievement.

"Elen?! Not you too?! And also, to clarify, I was half-asleep when that last event happened!"

"Big brother/Yukina, what are you guys talking about?" Alice said with a scary smile.

"Alice, don't worry about it. It's nothing!" Seal hurriedly said.

"And for you guys, all four of us can wash each other's back. I don't mind." Seal said to calm down Elenor and Yukina to prevent them from leaking any more of his secrets.

And it worked.

Elenor and Yukina looked at each other, and with their eyes, came to a temporary truce.

The three women got ready to scrub Seal's body as they got into position.

"Scrub, Scrub, Scrub." Alice focused on scrubbing Seal's back while Elenor and Yukina focused on scrubbing both of his sides.

Meanwhile, Rena entered and saw this scene.

She stood there, confused. Why were these 3 arrogant women serving this mysterious man?

This made her even more eager to find out this person's identity.

'Perhaps I could make use of this man to control those three women and defeat the Demon King for me!' Rena thought inside her head.

She could not see his appearance clearly because he had his back facing her, but she instinctively knew it was extraordinary.

Rena's appearance did not immediately attract attention as Elenor and Yukina were busy cleaning Seal's body. But when they finished, they noticed a person watching them from the corner of their eyes.

"Oh, it's you," Elenor and Yukina only gave a glance at Rena before returning to scrubbing Seal's body.

"What brings you here, Goddess Rena?" Then she continued to speak.

"What? I can't even be in the same area as you guys?" Rena said mockingly.

"You can. In fact, I don't even mind if you join us." This time, Seal spoke in a teasing tone. His back was still facing Rena while he spoke because his body was still being thoroughly washed.

"No way! Who would want to join you?!" Rena said before going to a different spot, not far away from Seal and his family.

"Well, then you're missing out." Seal said before turning his head and giving Rena a momentary glance.

"How-" Just as Rena was about to ridicule the man for being too full of himself, her words got stuck on her throat.

That was because the appearance of the man she was about to ridicule was much more handsome than that of her brother, Alphos. To add on, he was just to her liking.

His straight and jet-black hair reached to his shoulder, and his well-ordered face made him stand out in a crowd. And that wasn't the most attractive part of him. It was his attractive wine-red eyes that when one looks into it, they would be mesmerized.

Thinking back, Rena truly regretted declining his offer to join them at that time. Now, she could only go to another place with a regretful look.

But before she left, the possessive light in her eyes did not go unnoticed by the three women.
