A school where as long as you respect others you have no worries. However, if you taunt, insult, and especially if you endanger them the rules are very different. You can very well be killed by one of them and if you were the hostile in any type of situation, you are just added to the kill count and they will not receive any charges. As this is the case many people try capturing them to ransom them since they have such value. Tho no matter what it never ends well for anyone involved against the students.
