"How the hell am I going to clean this mess up!" I said looking at all the damage and kicking myself for not thinking about the collateral damage duels usually have.

Going into the shop I tried to find something that could help me and found a single item that made me second guess myself if the damage was that bad.

*Sigh* "I'll just earn the rest with daily missions," I said as I pressed the holographic screen, and in a flash of light, the round egg-shaped robot appeared.

"Ok first order of business don't call me master my name is Shawn second I need you to clean up the yard," I said pointing at the damaged yard.

The bot scanned the yard for a few minutes before turning back to me and projecting a screen.

"I need to pay you to clean!?!" I yelled but the robot projected a red x with the word negative in the middle.

Then the robot projected a list of tools, items, and equipment it needed to do what I asked which came to around 200 dollars.

"Wait you can convert gems into real money," I asked and the robot projected a thumbs up.

"Uh check out the house's inventory and clean it and buy some groceries and see what else we might need," I said and imminently the robot rolled itself inside this time taking a good 8 minutes I was about to open the gate when the robot came back out.

I shrugged and accept the amount and watched as my gems disappeared and the robot went to work.

'Ok no more distractions let's open this gate,' I thought as I opened my system.

Pressing 'Y' and I felt my eyes become heavy and I fell back in my chair as I closed my eyes I saw a door clocked in shadow open and arms pull me in.

POV Dr.Strange aka Sorcerer Supreme

"Wong do you sense that too," I asked opening my eyes and standing up from my meditation, and looking at my assistant I already knew the answer before he even spoke.

And before he could utter a word a purple portal appeared in the room and fixed itself to be the shape of the front door and walking out of it was my Ex-wife.

Clea: "Stephen what has happened what is it that I am sensing?" she asked and I simply shrugged.

"Someone is tampering with magic I do not know of and-," I began only for something that felt like whiplash hit me as the magic I was feeling suddenly just vanished as if it was never there.

*Crash*

Looking over Wong had fainted and Clea had fallen to her knees I immediately went to her side and helped her stand.

Clea: "Stephen what. . .?" she tried to say but I shook my head.

"I do not know Clea I simply do not know,"

POV Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet witch

Location: Genosha

"What is this where am I," I said looking around I was surrounded by shadows only to turn and see a dragon.

lasers fired out of its body sending me sprawling on the ground as it leaned back before it unleashed a massive blast of energy from its mouth evaporating me.

*AAAAH* I screamed falling to the floor of my room the feeling of my body being dissolved still greasy in my mind.

When suddenly the metal four to my room flung open and standing in the doorway prepared to kill was my father, brother, and a small host of other mutants.

Magneto: "Wanda what has happened," he said and I felt the wind rush by me multiple times before my brother kneeled next to me a worried look on his face.

"I was meditating when I felt a surge of a kind of magic I had never felt before so I investigated and. . ." I began but stopped as Pietro put a finger to my nose and saw blood on his hand.

Magneto: "We will discuss this later for now Pietro take her to the medical bay," he said and I felt my brother pick me up and I braced myself.

POV Shawn Valon

Location: ???

"Huh, where am I?" I said sitting up and I felt the heat of the blazing sun beat down on me looking around I saw nothing but sand as far as the eye could see.

"Am I in Egypt?" I ask to myself and almost jumped when I got an answer.

???: "You are the Opener of the gate," turning to see where the voice came from I was shocked to see High Preist Seto standing there.

"Y-yes that's me your High Preist Seto," I said bowing a little and I looked up to see the priest smirk for just a moment before his face became neutral again.

P.Seto: "Follow me so I may show you what you came for," he said turning quickly and starting to walk off not even looking back.

"So where are we going," I asked as we had been walking in silence for a few minutes and I felt it was getting a bit awkward.

P.Seto: "To my temple but before we are tell me what you think you know about the power of shadows," he asked and I almost tripped over myself because of his demeanor.

"Well you use your soul to summon monsters to fight for you," I said and he gave a small nod still not looking at me, and gestured for me to continue with my explanation.

I explained that in Shadow Games, the sorcerers would summon monsters and cast powerful spells until someone wins and the loser gets some kind of punishment.

P. Seto: "Good but tell me if the loser of the games gets punished what happens to the winner," he asked me and I shrugged.

"Decide the punishment?" I said more as I question as I had no idea causing the priest to stop and turn to me.

P.Seto: "That's correct winners of shadow games decided the punishment so tell me what will you do with this power?" he asked and I stopped and now he fully turned to face me.

"I will go on an adventure to discover what has been lost," I said simply Seto stared into my eyes and I stared back until he smiled.

P.Seto: "Your grandfather was right about you," he said I stopped dead in my tracks.

"H-how do you. .?" I tried to say but my words caught in my throat as the wide open dessert changed and I was standing in the courtyard of a large temple.

I was so shocked I barely registered Seto placing his hand on my chest when I did I looked up at him and froze in absolute fear as the shadowy silhouette with glowing blue eyes appeared behind the priest.

P.Seto: "Now then let's see who resides inside you," he said and I felt an energy enter my body my muscles tensed and my jaw locked as the energy spread to my entire body.

Something inside me stirred and I felt my emotions do a complete 180° as I felt my fear turn to anger and rage my eyes began to water and then burn in pain and I tried to cry out or close my eyes but my mouth wouldn't open and my eyelids wouldn't close.

The pain continued for what felt like a lifetime until the energy that locked me in place was replaced by the burning rage, frustration, and I want for power.

POV High Preist Seto

Placing my hand on the boy I sent a small amount of my energy into him to awaken his Ka and let it manifest itself.

Only for his Ka to absorb mine like a black hole leaving me unable to remove my hand 'What is this his soul is like an empty hungry void,' I thought but I was wrong.

it was more like a sponge that had been dried out and once it got some water and now it wasn't going to stop until full.

But I wasn't prepared for what came next as after that the boy's spirit manifested from his shadow clawing itself from the darkened was a black dragon with red-eyed.

Both: *AAHHHH* *RROOAARR*

They roared together the wind swirled around the two and I watched as the boy's Ka manifested further his hair turned black like obsidian his red eyes glowed and an aura like a fire surrounded him with black and red flames.

Then in an instant, it stopped the dragon hovered over the boy and like a puppet whose strings were cut the boy began to fall I took a step to catch him but the dragon using its tail lowered its master slowly before disappearing.

'Incredible to have such a powerful creature it reminds me it's just like. . .' the memories of the past filled my mind but I shrugged them off.

Kneeling next to the boy I see he's beginning to wake up his red eyes now having a slit in them like a reptile's.

Shawn: *Groan* "W-what happened?" he questioned only to suddenly jump up to his feet and point at me "What did you do to me' he began only to stop and look himself over then look at me confused "Ok what is happening," he questioned again and I raised my hand.

"I released the spirit inside of you but your soul was completely out of Ka it's soul energy but now your spirit is released and now you can participate in Shadow games," I said and the boy simply stared at me before nodding.

Shawn: "So now what are you going to teach me. . .wait let's back up early you said you knew my grandfather how?" he asked.

"Your grandfather happens to stumble on my temple as he crossed the desert in search of someone," I said and the boy's mouth fell open.

POV Shawn Valon

Question so many questions whirled in my head at the bombshell the priest had just dropped on me.

"My grandfather was here wait where is here?" I asked gesturing to the temple in the middle of the empty desert.

P.Seto: "Why we're in the land of the dead or better known as the spirit world,' he said and I wanted to piss myself and nerd out at the same time.
