14 Chapter 14

Amara stayed back in the cafe to finish her breakfast. While she was eating some cheese sandwiches her phone received a message from Jiang. He had said " You smell amazing BTW", this made her smile. The past couple of days had been really weird for Amara.

During Lunchtime that day, Amara Li met Li Ling, Sia Yamada was also supposed to join a bit later. As soon as they left the classroom Li Ling apologized for making her wait yesterday. Amara cuts Li off and says that she spoke to Jiang and understands the situation. It was alright and continued to discuss the decor for the party. The theme was to be Black and White, this had limited the decor choices for the party.

Just as they reached the cafeteria, Amara asked Li about the man in the classroom the previous day.

Li Sighs and says Common girl, I didn't expect this from you. You like him too?

Amara shocked, she starts waving her hands and says No. She does not like him. Then she goes on to explain what had happened and that the man had helped, rather had been forced to help her with the signature and drove her to the auditorium. She added that she just wanted him to pass on her Thanks.

Li Ling responds " Your kidding right? You ordered him around and he actually complied and helped you?

Amara: Yea, I was in a hurry so I was a bit rude. I dragged him out to drive me too. I wanted to thank him so I asked him to wait but he left. I was not sure who he was exactly so I dint know how else to reach out.

Li Ling - You dint recognize him? He is Yang Feng, President of the Yang group, most definitely the richest man in City A and probably the region right now. He is 2 years older than us and quit university in the final year to take over the company because his father was unwell. He is known to be rude and cold. Yang Feng almost never lets women talk to him, much less helps them do anything.

Amara: Oh, I didn't really know that and It doesn't matter to me as well. Either way, you mind giving me his number or would you rather thank him yourself for me.

Li Ling: I don't really know him much my self, met him probably twice. He is actually Zui's childhood friend. You should talk to him. I was only keeping him company that day, against my will. That guy just scares me sometimes.

Amara: Ah, I will talk to Zui, thank you for meeting me.

Just as they completed their conversation Sia Yamada arrived. Amara spoke to him about attending the party. He did not want to come since he was new and only the 5 boys were his friends. Amara convinces him saying she would hang out with him as well and introduce him to the remainder of the class.

This convinces him and Amara wonders, that easy eh?. Now there were only 2 major tasks left for her before the party.

Item 1: Decorations and arrangements need to be arranged.

Item 2: She needed an outfit. Amara always liked to dress up and shop. Even when she was heavier she still kept her dressing on point.
