1 The Introduction

Centuries... Centuries my family has waited in poverty hoping that one day a descendant of the original family will ascend to becoming a dragon. Sevon months... That's how long I have to prove myself before my chance at ascension. To ascend to becoming a dragon you must have 0-10% bad karma, the more bad karma you have less of a chance of being a powerful dragon you have. Yes of course your limitations of power depend on your breed but each breed have their own limitation so say if you were an Imoogi your quite week but if you have 0% bad karma you could at least put up a good fight against a higher class dragon but if you were a Guardian with 10% bad karma a simple stream dragon could take you on and defeat you easily. I, however, am a Golden Flame (one of the five strongest breeds of dragon to ever exist) but I hide as a common Flare to avoid unwanted attention. My family is one of the most well known families when it comes to dragons so I would be kind of a celebrity if I didn't cover up my identity, but we're not only well known we are also cursed with having to have 0% bad karma to ascend as dragons and I only have seven months to get rid of my 96% bad karma passed down by my ancestors for over six centuries ago. I honestly don't know how I'm going to do it...
