7 Chapter 6

While Touma was sleeping due to overworking himself (his mom knock him out) kengo was on route to his mission.

He and his group need it to check on some small settlements near the border of the land of wind they recieved info about some people disappearing every once in a while so they have to check for the missing people and the cause.

Kengo as a medic-nin was key in the search as someone with great expertise in tracking and sensing chakra of course this was all due to his insane training over the basics as his talent was medium at best but by working on the low range basics he managed to become an expert in itself some say he is only second to the inuzuka clan in tracking and not that bad in sensing chakra said by the yamanaka.

While on route he keeps sending small waves of chakra to inspect the suroundings a trick he learned from his son practice and he aplied to his sensory jutsu to help with the consumption of chakra.

T Dad: 'hmm.. theres a faint sign of life a few miles to the west of our position'... Guys theres some feeble life signs 1 or 2 miles to our west should we check it out? Or continue to our destination?

Cap.G: mmm if it's related then we should check it, if it's not that far from the other settlements i say we go but be carefull. Kengo go with Asami and get a good look if is important let us know we will slow down our pace and if its nothing catch up to us.

K&A:YES SIR.

Moving with Asami to the place he felt those life signs he suddenly slows down and starts looking all around the place while still moving. Soon Asami notice that Kengos face starts to frown and asks him what did he find.

Asami: find anything? I don't see anything around us for a couple of miles so it should be clear of enemies..

Asami Hyuga an expert in C.Q.C. and half medic nin and sensor is the one to acompany Kengo in this short course to investigate yet he doesn't find traces of enemy shinobi or bandits around the place.

Kengo: there are some prints that tells me people pass through here and.. theres trails like something been drag as well so if you can search forward, and if you see somthing strange let me know.

Says Kengo to Asami while pointing in the direccion of the trail..

Asami just nods and focused his byakugan in the said direccion but nothing grab his attention until..

Asami: 'mmm what is that? It looks like.. a hatch?'

Kengo theres something under some boulders and a tree close to that direccion it looks like some kind of hatch! But i'm not sure its like something blocks the view of it.

Kengo: 'mmm it blocks the view even of byakugan? Maybe...'

Asami go and inform the captain to move here fast the only reason for something to block your view would be füinjutsu and if the place is hidden like that then maybe... Maybe is that mans hideout.

Asami hearing that pales a bit and then reacts by nodding and speeds in the direcction of his group.

Kengo: ' i hope its and old hideout otherwise we're dead.. all of us.'

While on the way to the settlements the rest of the group finds a group of bandits on the way and are discovered by the former so with no other choice a battle starts..

Or so they thought several bandits were shinobis of the sand and on the same level plus a couple of jounin level were in comand so the battle was only a hard figth to survive.

Asami was only a few miles to reach his group when he felt the chakra spikes on the front so using his byakugan he saw his group be outclassed and kill without hope to survive since the start.

After the captain was killed he stoped and returned to Kengo he needed to let him know what happened and return to konoha so the hokage knew of this.

While he scaped back to his last team member he make sure to erase his tracks and check for enemies coming for him fortunately he wasn't followed and reach Kengo in a few minutes.

Asami: we need to leave NOW!

Kengo: what? What happened?

Asami: they're dead cap and the rest are all dead.. some shinobis of suna were passing as bandits and after been discovered kill them plus i could see at least 8 chunin and 2 jounin.

We need to go back and report to lord hokage FAST.

KENGO: WHAT? Damn it ok mark this place on the map and let go back.. we're not stoping to rest we need to deliver the info as soon as posible.

'fuck first is that place with the signs of that man then is suna shinobi what the hell is happening?'
