“If you’re game to do a little ATV sand-hogging, I’ll show you one of my favorite places.”

He glanced back at Greene, waiting to see how the other man would respond.

“Haven’t been on one in a while. If you’re driving, I think I can hang on. Got a spare helmet? I don’t ride without one.”

“Me neither. Even if my head may not be my best asset, I’m kinda fond of it. Plus it holds up my hair. Sure, we’ve got a lot of helmets. More than one ATV, too. Everybody rides now and then, more in the winter, but it’s not too hot yet, so you could drive your own if you wanted to.”
