A Dichotomy: Princes of Magic

In a world governed by magic, only the noble-born may learn how to control the mystical force. Those who inherit the ability to draw mana from an arcane focus, a magical object embued with power, from aristocratic families are the only ones permitted to study and learn the ancient art. Hirano Emi a common traveller from the west is caught possessing marbles of mana when visiting Asrin where she is promptly arrested.
