16 Stressed out

Cram with Gran on his shoulder, arrived at Akane town a little later than expected as the sun was already down. They went directly to the Resort after they passed the gate.

Entering the lobby they were about to go up the elevator as they were both tired, but before they could. Mayu noticed them and called out.

"Mr Cram!" called out Mayu the beautiful and lively receptionist.

Gran noticed her but, Cram didn't seem to notice Mayu calling out so Gran said "Buhi~" as he tugged Cram's shirt to notice the receptionist.

"Hmm? oh it's Mayu" said Cram as he left the elevator that was already there and headed towards the receptionist.

When they got to the receptionist, Mayu greeted them once more.

"Thank you for your help Mr Pig and Good evening Mr Cram" said Mayu as she greeted them both.

"Buhi~" Gran as if saying no problem as he puffed up his chest.

Cram chuckled at Gran before he greeted Mayu back "Good evening Mayu, How was your day?" said Cram

"It was quite nice Mr Cram, thank you for asking. By the way-" said Mayu as she was gazing towards Gran.

Cram having noticed her gaze, then introduced Gran.

"This is my partner, Gran. Gran this is Mayu the beautiful receptionist" said Cram. Mayu who heard what he said blushed a little as she silently muttered "beautiful, ehehe~"

Cram thought her reaction was really cute. She noticed Cram's smile then got a little embarrassed. She faked a cough, then said "About the house you wanted me to find"

"Oh that, Did you find a place I asked for?" asked Cram

"About that Mr Cram, Mistress said that she found you a good place" said Mayu

"Really!? You guys sure work fast" asked Cram

"Well it's all thanks to Mistress. But, she wanted to talk to you first" said Mayu

"Okay, then where's Miyuki?. I'll go see her now" asked Cram

"Mistress is currently in her office and has been working non stop" said a familiar voice from somewhere.

Cram looked around and saw Leiya, Miyuki's personal maid walking towards them.

"Yo, Leiya" said Cram

"Mrs Leiya, Good evening" said Mayu

"Buhi~?" Gran

What a cute little pig, thought Leiya as she said to both Cram and Mayu "Good evening"

"Oh yeah this is Gran my partner" said Cram

"Well hello there Gran-chan" greeted Leiya while Gran greeted back with a "Buhi~"

"So about Miyuki?" asked Cram

"Mistress is currently stressing her self out with a lot of work" said Leiya

"Not again" said Mayu

"Again? this happens often?" asked Cram with a confused look. As Gran just listened to their conversation.

"Yes Mr Cram, she's been working non stop for the past couple of days now" said Leiya as she sighed.

"We get why she works really hard, because of how successful the resort is. But, she doesn't take timely breaks and even forgets to sleep sometimes" added Mayu

"We even have the proper staff for her work, but she doesn't let them help her, saying she could handle it all on her own" said Leiya.

"Well, that's bad" said Cram as Gran said Buhi~ agreeing.

"Right? So this is where you come in Mr Cram" said Leiya

"Hmm? what does this have to do with me?" asked Cram in confusion. While Gran just tilted his head, buhi~?

"You're looking for a house right Mr Cram?" asked Leiya.

"Well, yes" said Cram

"Then, when you ask Mistress for the location of the house. Have her go with you" said Leiya.

"This way Mistress could get out of her office and relax as she goes on a date with you" added Mayu

"I see where you're going with this, but a date, really?" asked Cram

"What you have a problem with our Mistress? She is beautiful, kind, caring, rich, has a lot of powerful connections and a Genius Entrepreneur. What more could you ask for?" asked Leiya

"No,I didn't mean- said Cram before he was cut off by "Didn't mean what? I'll have you know that Mistress has a lot of men pursuing her. Even the young master from Maxwell guild has a crush on her" added Mayu

*More convincing*

After 10 minutes of listening to Mayu and Leiya preaching about Miyuki's perfection. Cram finally gave in.

"Alright, alright stop. I'll ask her out tomorrow" said Cram

""No!"" said Mayu/Leiya

"There is no time like the present Mr Cram" said Leiya as she positioned herself on Cram's right arm.

"That's right, you have to tell her now" said Mayu as she positioned herself on Cram's other arm

"But-" Cram

"No buts, Mr Cram. You don't have worry about anything, we already informed all the staff members about your date" said Leiya as he was urging Cram towards the elevator.

"This was planned!?" said Cram, but both of them shrugged it off.

"So go on and ask Mistress to a Dat- I mean to look for the house you asked for" said Mayu as she tried shoved Cram into the Elevator along with Leiya. Cram said stop a couple of times, but inwardly he didn't really mind the idea of dating Miyuki. On the contrary he was actually excited. So he only put on a bit of 'struggle' before he was 'thrown' into the elevator. Gran didn't want to get involve with this so he jumped down on Cram's shoulder just before the elevator closed.

Alot of the staff members noticed the commotion, but since they were all in on this. They just averted their gaze.

""Alright!"" said Mayu/Leiya as they high fived.

"Buhi~?" Gran tilted his head.

"Oh, Gran-chan. You must be hungry let's go to the kitchen and get you some food. Mayu, I'll be taking Gran-chan with me to the kitchen. After that I'll escort him to Mr Cram's room. Tell Mr Cram when he gets back" said Leiya as he lifted Gran into a hug and went to the kitchen.

Mayu took note of what she said and returned to her counter.

Miyuki was currently organizing last months financial audits. When somebody knocked on her door.

"Come in" said Miyuki as she continued to work.

Cram came in Miyuki's office and saw her organizing a lot of stacked up papers. Cram sighed as he saw her busy figure, he noticed that she had thick black lines under her eyes indicating she hasn't slept for a while.

Hearing someone sighing, Miyuki focused her attention on the person that came in. Only to be surprised a little as he saw Cram. She stopped what she was doing and greeted him.

"Good evening, What can I do for you Mr Cram?" asked Miyuki as she smiled at Cram. Seeing Cram made her feel more energetic, although she didn't know the reason why.

"Leiya was right, you need some rest" said Cram as he was worried about Miyuki's health.

Miyuki had a questioning look on her face, before she finally understood what he said. Leiya, being the busy body that she is, probably urged Cram to convince her in making her rest, she replied just as always "Thank you for your concern, but I'm ok. I still have to finish this documents so I'd appreciate it if you go"

Miyuki tried to stand as he wanted to escort Cram outside her office, but then a sudden dizziness struck her and was about to hit the floor.

Cram saw this, immediately moved and caught her on his chest, hugging her. Miyuki felt really comfortable and secure in Cram's hug that her mind went blank and she started to drift off.

"Poor girl" said Cram. He repositioned Miyuki into a princess carry and then carried her towards the large sofa in her office.

He laid her in the sofa and gave her a lap pillow so that she could rest properly. Before he knew it, Miyuki was sleeping soundlessly on his lap.

After a couple of hours, Miyuki started to wake up. I probably blacked out again, she thought. She felt really warm and comfortable as she laid on her sofa with a soft 'pillow'.

Hmm? when did I get a pillow?, she thought. She rubbed her eyes and opened them only to be greeted by Cram's sleeping face. She was surprised, then flustered. She didn't understand how this happened.

The last thing she remembered is her going through documents. Then Cram came to her office and told her to rest. She refused and was going to show him out, when she was struck by sudden dizziness, she felt comfort and warmth at where she fell, but after that everything went blank.

Miyuki covered her face as she recalled what happened. Cram probably caught her in an embrace, which was fine as he saved her from hitting the floor, but after that instead of pulling away from him she hugged him back and fell asleep on his chest. Her face turned to deep crimson as she wanted to bury herself inside a hole.

What a blunder, she thought. Then she noticed the sleeping Cram. His right hand was supporting his head, while his eyes were closed.

How handsome, she thought. Her hand subconsciously moved towards his face and caressed it. Cram caught her hand which startled Miyuki.

Cram who was already awake when Miyuki woke up, pretended to sleep but couldn't take it anymore when he observed the melancholy of this cute creature in front of him. So when Miyuki reached out her hand to caress his face he thought it was a good opportunity and caught her hand which made Miyuki startled.

He opened his slowly eyes, looked down towards Miyuki's angelic face, smiled and said "Good Morning" even though it was only 3 in the morning.

Miyuki's face reddened some more as she replied "Good Morning"

Then Miyuki stood up and said "Thank you for taking care of me while I was sleeping"

"No problem, it was rather enjoyable actually, but you need to rest some more. Stop over working yourself. Your employees are really worried about you especially Leiya and also me" said Cram.

Miyuki blushed when she heard Cram was worried about her, but still appologized sincerely.

"I'm sorry for worrying you, I'll keep it in mind and take proper rest from now on" said Miyuki.

"Good, then let me walk you to your room so you could rest" said Cram.

"But-" said Miyuki as she eyed her stack of papers on the table. Cram saw this, sighed and then carried Miyuki in a princess carry once more.

She was flustered at his sudden action but then regained her composure as she saw Cram looking at her like a hopeless child.

They went outside Miyuki's office and was greeted by a startled Leiya. Apparently, Miyuki's personal maid was eavesdropping on them. She looked at them and said 'oh my, ufufu'.

Miyuki and Cram's face immediately turned red. Miyuki was to shy to say anything and buried her face on Cram's chest, but Cram pushed on as he asked Leiya "Where is Miyuki's room?" to which the maid replied "This way, follow me. ufufu'"

Arriving at Miyuki's room, the maid quickly opened the door and gestured with her right hand 'this way'. When they both entered the room, the maid excused herself while leaving a comment of 'Enjoooyy~'

Cram smiled wryly at the maids actions, while Miyuki still buried her face on his chest. They arrived at the bed, which was King sized by the way, and Cram let down Miyuki gently.

Miyuki unable to withstand her embarrassment, immediately hid under the covers like a cute animal.

Cram scratched the back of his head before saying "Well, get some rest. See you tomorrow morning. Good night" said Cram.

He walked outside and was about to close the door. When he heard a 'Good night' from under the covers. Cram smiled at her reply, then closed the door.
