4 Hello Girlfriend

Elena sat in the chair where the scary-looking man had led her. She looked around the room, which was painted in black and white and was empty except for two chairs and a table. She got out of her chair and tried to open the door, but it was locked. She tried again, kicking and pushing with her arm, but it wouldn't budge.

"Fuck!" She cussed out of frustration. Who were these guys and what did they want from her? Why did they have to bring her here when they could have easily let her go? She panicked, as she wondered what they were going to do to her.

If only she had listened to her intuition and abandoned the mission when she still had the chance, all these wouldn't have happened. And to think she was sure that she was going to have a lucky night, indeed.

She looked around the room wondering what was going to be her fate. What if these men killed her? She thought of her helpless sister, Ruby how was Ruby going to survive if she died? Tears pooled in Elena's eyes and she started kicking at the door with all the strength that she had.

"Let me out!" She screamed.

She thought of a way to escape, but there was none, the room had no windows, and the bastards had taken her purse from her and her phone was in it, so there was no way she would be able to reach out for help. The only way out was through the door.

Elena started pacing the room, she couldn't tell exactly how long she has been there, but it seemed like hours to her. Ruby would be worried about her by now, she might have even tried calling her phone. The poor girl would have worried herself to death. Elena looked up to the ceiling, "God, please help me to get out of here, and I promise I would never steal again," she desperately prayed. This wasn't the first time she has made a prayer like this, but this time she was definitely going to keep to her promise.

A few minutes later, the door opened and she quickly ran to the door, but the man who walked in, pushed her back inside and he shut the door. She recognized him to be the man who had brought her in here.

"What do you think you are trying to do?" Jorge asked her in a gruff voice.

"Let me go!" Elena screamed at him, and she tried to make a run for the door, but Jorge pulled her back by her arm.

"That's a futile effort you are making," Jorge said, and when she attempted to run again, he tightened his grip on her.

"For your own good, I would advise that you give up the idea of trying to escape!" His voice was harsh this time. He brought a shiny metal from his waistband, "I would hate to use this on you," he said in a very cold voice.

Elena felt her whole body go still as she stared at the gun that Jorge pointed at her, it took all her willpower not to piss on herself. Who were these men? What has she gotten herself into? She immediately started shaking with fear.

"Pl... Please.... don't harm me," she pleaded with Jorge.

"I won't, if you don't make me," Jorge saw the fear written all over her face and how her eyes were almost popping out of their sockets because of fear. He removed the gun and placed it in the band of his trousers, covering it with his shirt.

"What do you want from me? Who are you, people?" Elena asked in a shaky voice.

Jorge chuckled at her question, shaking his head at her oblivion, then let her go and left the room without answering. Elena shed a tear as she stared at the closed door; she was done for; she was finally going to pay for everything she had stolen in her life. This was God's punishment for her sins, and she was paying for them.

The door opened again, and Jorge walked in holding a tray of food, which he came and placed on the table.

"I hope you love noodles?" Jorge asked her.

"I'm not hungry," Elena said.

"Nah baby girl, that would be a wrong thing to do, you should eat, you are going to need the strength."

"Please just let me go, and I promise I would never come close to your boss ever again," Elena pleaded.

"I think it's a little late for that now baby girl," Jorge said before he left the room, making sure to lock the door.

Elena crumpled on the floor and started crying, this was going to be the end of her.

Elena heard the door open after what seemed like an eternity, and when she raised her head, she wasn't prepared for the person who walked in; it was the guy she had used to get away from Carlos' men, the boss himself.

"Hello, girlfriend."
