It was a beautiful evening. The sun rays spilling out various mixture of colours. The road was busy as people were returning home after their work. Chaerin was returning home with her 2 year old Riu. The mother and daughter duo were in jolly mood. Chaerin unbuckled herself and her daughter.

"We are going to have a great news for appa." Chaerin spoke in a baby voice to her daughter. "Baby!" Riu squealed as she clapped her tiny hands. "Yes, sweety." Chaerin laughed as she now tried to open her door. She inserts her key but it wasn't unlocking indicating that the door was already opened.

"Is he home early?" She mumbled. Opening the door she was met with dark room but also with television sound. She walked to the kitchen not minding it as this was her husband's uniqueness; being lazy.

She switched on the lights in the kitchen settling Riu on the table. "Baby sit in here. Eomma's going to come soon." She said before walking out. She pressed her body on the living room door frame. "How long do you expect to sit in here like this?" A smile spreading her lips getting excited to reveal the special news.

She asked to the figure sitting in front of the television. She switched the lights on. To her horror it wasn't her husband, but someone else. "Who are you?" She asked shivering. The figure turned to her, "Hello Mrs. Chaerin, I'm Junghyun." He smiled. He stood up from the sofa.

Not thinking another minute she paced to the kitchen where she views two men, one holding her daughter who had a gun in those small hands. "Give me my daughter." She yelled. The man simply shook his head.

The other caught on her tightly. She squirmed in his grip to have escape while he dragged her to the living room. "Leave me!" She shouted. But all in fail. She was pushed to the floor in front of the same man whom she met first.

He was sitting on a sofa. "What do you want?" She asked not to show her fear but her face showed it otherwise. She prayed for her husband to come and save them.

The man stood up smirking. He kneeled to her level, "Well I want to have my revenge." Her eyes followed his finger as it traced her face. "Wh-What revenge?" She quivered. He smiled, "Your husband Min Yoongi killed my brother." His face dropped as he gazes at his past.

"Why are you here?" Her voice becoming shaky every minute passing by. "To take both of your life." He grinned. Chaerin's mind was blank. Sweat began to form on her body. She felt her body go numb with the fear to be killed.

"Please. Don't kill us. We have done nothing." Tears filled her eyes. " Oh No, don't cry. Please don't." He showed fake pity. "It wasn't him. It was Jongyoo." She cried out in order to save them.

"No. I saw him!" He yelled to her. Hearing the commotion the poor baby who was watching it burst in tears irritating Junghyun. He shot a look to the baby. "Shut that thing up!" He shouted at the person who held Riu.

"Give me her." Chaerin stood up to take the baby but was held back by the other man. The man began to coo sweet things to Riu, but she showed no signs to calm down. "Give her to me." Chaerin continued to yell.

With all the noise going on, Junghyun burst out, "Just kill the fucking thing!" Chaerin's mind processed those words before she was squirming herself to free from that man.

"But boss, she's just a baby." The man who held Riu said as he continued calming the baby. "Just do it!" He yelled to his man.

He hesitated until he was shot by angered eyes from his boss. He nodded, hitting on to the lower lip. Chaerin screamed, "No! Please don't! She's just a baby." Tears streaming down her body, her heart aching as the man settles the baby to the floor having it's back rest on the back. "No! Don't." She continued yelling.

The man looked at Chaerin after being compelled to eliminate the poor being. Chaerin prayed to God for her husband's presence. "Please don't kill my baby. I will do anything that you will say. Please don't do anything to her. "  Chaerin pleas him. The man who had held Riu looked at his boss to aid her plea.

Junghyun looked at her, " Will you do what I really want?" He asked her like a psycho. She nodded her head vigorously. She was ready to do anything to save her baby. "I want to wipe out Min Yoongi's family." He shouted out his grief and pain.

She was struck with his words, 'wipe out.' Tears continued to follow down her cheeks. Meanwhile Riu kept wailing hearing upon the yell. Junghyun got vexed and not giving another thought he took out his gun out and bullet sound echoed the room.

The room became silent. Chaerin and the man who held Riu gasped eyeing her body which now laid lifeless on the ground. A hole in the middle of her forehead. Chaerin's heart dropped. She fell on her knees as she saw her dear baby lay dead.

Her heart pained so much, so much that it couldn't be compared to labour pain. "NO!!!!!" She cried out, tears streaming down her cheeks. The most precious person in her life. Riu's life was snatched for what her father did for the safety of the society and this is how he got paid. Karma acted its way wrong today.

The man felt awful for the child. He prayed to God for the baby and also that his boss should regret for it. It might seem stupid but not every person involved in gangster group are said to be cold hearted.

Chaerin crawled to the wall and took her sweet heart. She held her in her arms and cried out loud. She was devastated. Junghyun felt a little satisfied but his revenge was still incomplete.

He eyed the other man to pick her. He did as he was told. The next moment her hands felt empty as they were held up. "Please stop this...." She cried.

"Not now. I haven't completed my job." He smirks. "What should I do with you?" He rubs his chin.

"Any one interested in her?" He asked his men who simply shook their heads. He gritted his teeth, "I should have brought Kyunseo with me. He is good with married ladies and I could have got a show. Argh!" He rubs his forehead. "This is the problem of bringing newbies."

His grip on his gun tightens, "Leave her." The man did as he was command. Chaerin not giving another chance goes near to her baby and hugs Riu's body tightly to her chest. The men were facing her back.

Junghyun pointed the gun at her and shoots the bullets. First one piercing her back, she gasped as the pain flashes in her body. The second on her left shoulder and the last on the back of her head.

She fell to the ground still holding her dear in her arms. Both his men, "May your souls rest in peace." They pray in their hearts.

They leave the scene, as the house remained silent. The night of a happy news; arrival of a new soul ended up in the death of three souls.
