A Chance

"Do you like what you see, sir?" Luca said with gritted teeth when he noticed that not only Orion, but his brother also looked at Ayana intently. After saying that, he swiftly moved Ayana so her face was hidden from the people that surrounded them and from the two men who observed Ayana openly. 

Ayana did not seem to mind Luca's action. She disliked all the attention to her therefore she hugged him tighter. Tried to hide her face in the nook of his neck. She took a deep breath as her favorite fragrance filled his lungs. It made her calm instantly. She also realized that she was so tired after the talk with Orion.

Damon quickly averted his gaze and smiled awkwardly. He really thought that his life was in danger when he felt the killing intent toward him. 

Orion on the other hand was raising his eyebrow with displeasure as he eyed Luca. He was taking a step forward, but Damon quickly pulled him back.
