"I want my money's worth." That was what she demanded from the other person in the room.

She did not mind paying as long as her payment equaled the value of what she bought. But so far, she believed it had not even scratched the surface.

The first wedding might not have happened, but another one did, which she thought was far worse. Now, she was back where she started, with her elder son married to that woman. 

"But I did what I was supposed to do. I stopped the wedding." The other woman maintained, believing she had done what she had set out to do.

On the contrary, she disagreed since this woman failed to keep that ambitious, gold-digging woman away from her family. In her book, this woman unsuccessfully delivered what she promised her.

"I asked you to keep that woman away from us, not just stop the wedding." She continued, hoping that was clear enough. "You should have told me that she was pregnant."
