1 How to control thoughts and emotions..

I was standing in rain.. and was thinking why.. why someone cant control their emotions? Why is it so easy for people to express why can I not do this? I really want to know how to deal with the new world. It was my second day I came to the new country and I already started getting into complications. Married.. loyal.. honest.. all are just words with no emotions..
