020: Turtle palace, & learning senjutsu.

After swimming through the portal I was shot out of the other end. I almost landed on my face with the way the portal was situated but with my honed instincts i flipped and landed on my feet. If i had to explain turtle palace in two words it would be Regally comforting. It looked enough like a castle to make you feel like royalty lived there, but there was something comforting about it. Like home. It kept you on your toes but made you feel welcome at the same time, if that has any form of sense.

'I wonder if i can learn senjutsu here. If i did, I might be a little late, but this would undoubtedly help much in the war. I'm unsure if hollowfied chakra can hurt Juubi obito or madara. It's decided, if i can, i will learn senjutsu.

'Omonari, where did you learn sage mode?'

[I always had an innate sense for nature energy. But i never really learned how to use it until i met the turtles. They taught me to use my own sage mode. I can teach you if you'd like. You will be able to access the same type of sage mode as i, which will increase your perception, like all sage modes, it will make you faster and stronger, but the biggest benefit of my sage mode is its defense. I have just as much, if not more defense than the turtles. Not to mention the ability to make ''Shell barriers" to protect your allies.]

'Ooh, i like that. I will have to bother you to teach me then. As quick as possible so we can help in the war.'

(A.N kuro will learn sage mode very quickly. As He can make a shit ton of shadow clones, and both omonari and nobuo who are very fast, can help beat the nature energy out of him if need be, naruto didn't learn sage mode so quick because fukasaku limited him in how many clones he could use because he was old.)

I was brought out of my thoughts when i noticed a turtle walking up to me. He has a friendly look on his face.

(A.N all Tortoises are turtles, but not all turtles are tortoises.)

"Hello, welcome to Turtle palace. My name is Genbu. Can i ask what you are doing here?" he says as omonari peeks her head out from behind my legs.

"Ah Hello. I remember you from when you were little. You and your brother spent time here learning Senjutsu. But i can't seem to remember your name. Will you tell it to me once more?"

[My name is Omonari] she says telepathically. While she might be able to talk to others telepathically, they wont feel the same connection that i do. They will just feel like she is putting words in their head, while i feel like i'm actually having a conversation where i can feel the other parties emotions.

"Ah Omonari, good to see you. May i ask on what business you have come here for?"

At this point, i speak up. "Hello Genbu. My name is Rokuro, but you may call me Kuro. I came here to ask if you will hide the tailed beasts here for about a month. There is a war going on down in the elemental nations, and a very bad man is trying to use their power to destroy the shinobi. But in doing so, will end up destroying their personalities, and they will simply just become chakra for a mindless beast. My little brother is the Jinchuuriki of the one tails, and i have a soft spot in my heart for the tailed beasts, so i would rather this didn't happen. Will you let them stay here?"

"Ah, Uhm, I don't have the authority to decide that. But the elder does. I will take you to him."

"Thank-you"

After a short walk we arrived at the elder turtles throne room.

I see genbu bow so i do the same. The elder raises her eye in a small amount of surprise at this but it flashes away as soon as it came.

"Elder Minogame, This man has come to ask you for a favor. Please hear him out"

"I shall hear what he has to say"

"Hello Elder Minogame. My name is Rokuro, but i prefer to go by kuro. Right now there is a war going on in the elemental nations. One that will affect everybody, no matter where they are."

"So you have come to ask for my support eh?"

"Nonono! I haven't, i wouldn't dare ask you for that, i would be overstepping my bounds. If i haven't already."

"Continue"

"There is a bad man who has waged war on the shinobi of this world. Intending to destroy them and the families who are protected by the shinobi. Now normally one man would not be able to fight against all of the elemental nations, but this man has a sharingan, and he wishes to revive the juubi. Effectively destroying the tailed beasts personalities, their very lives. I do not want this to happen. So i have come here with the intention to ask that you please, let the tailed beasts stay here until the war is over."

"The juubi eh? That is no trivial matter. Very well, ill allow it. How many tailed beasts do you have with you, and which ones are they."

'Fuck yeah!'

"Your highness thank-you for your generosity. I currently have six of them willingly sitting inside my head waiting to be let out. They are

Matatabi, the Nibi.

Isobu the Sanbi

Son goku the Yonbi

Kokuo the Gobi

Saiken the Rokubi

And Chomei the Shichibi."

"Ok They will be allowed to stay here for the duration of the war"

"Thankyou Elder Minogame. I really must be going. I need to get back to the war as quickly as possible" i say.

"You may leave, let the tailed beasts out in the courtyard. We have suitable barriers in place to keep them from being detected."

"Thankyou once again for your kindness." i say as i leave.

Once i get out to the courtyard i tap my head three times letting the tailed beasts know it was safe to come out. All of their chakra comes out of my head and reforms into the tailed beasts.

"Hello everyone. I would stay here and introduce myself but i must go. Genbu will inform you of all you need to know. Lets talk after the war yeah? When we all aren't about to die. Seeya!" I say as i swan dive off the side of the palace.

'Omonari where do i go to train in senjutsu?'

[At the bottom of the center of The Kanashii ocean there is a cave there with an abundance of natural energy. More than mount myoboku. If you dont hurry and get out of the water into the cave, then the water itself will start to seep natural energy into your every cell, turning you into a fish. I do need to warn you. That much condensed energy will make you never want to leave it. You will want to stay there forever. Sitting in the water with the natural energy.]

(A.N. The water around the cave doesn't turn you into a fish. But as soon you enter the cave that water is filled with natural energy. Its separated like oil and water. There is an air pocket in the underwater cave where rokuro will train. He also has rations and stuff on him from his storage scrolls.)

'Easy enough.'

I pull out my Kagune and start to flap my wings. Im flying, very, very fast. With how high turtle palace was in the air, how fast i was falling, and how powerful my wings are, it took me no more than an hour to get to kanashii ocean. Where i promptly put my kagune away. Coated myself in chakra, and dropped into the ocean like a speeding missile. Diving to the bottom of the ocean Omonari tells me that is the entrance to the cave.

(A.N there is a hole in the ocean floor that leads to this, with some crystals above for light

Then this is the air pocket in the cave. I am not sure if either of these is a real place on earth. Im pretty sure this one isnt atleast)

Heading into the cave i can feel it. The natural energy here isn't just abundant. Its potent! It makes me just want to stay here, in natures embrace forever. But i cant. I need to get out of the water quickly! The water feels like it has soaked up natural energy over thousands of years! Like thousands of years before kaguya even touched down on the planet!

I speed up my swimming and i come up to an opening. Finally! I might not turn into a fish at this rate! I burst out of the water with vigor, fighting every instinct that tells me to stay in the water and become a fish. It was so hard to resist just staying in the water and becoming a fish. It was like trying to force yourself up on a cold winter morning, when the other alternative, is to stay in a goddess's arms for the rest of your life.

Omonari smacks me on the back with her paw, expelling all the nature energy from my body.

'Thankyou, omonari, i really could have become a fish.'

[Mhm.]

I bite my thumb. "Kuchiyose no jutsu!" i yell out as nobuo appears next to omonari.

(A.N i forgot to mention, Nobuo looks like Omonari, but his fins are more of a dark red instead of salmon pink.)

'Hello nobuo. Omonari said you could help me with sage mode training by knocking the excess natural energy out of my body when i absorb too much.'

{Yes i can do that kuro.}

'Alright! Lets get started!' "Shadow clone jutsu!" I yell out as 50 more kuros pop into existence.

"Alright boys! We are doing sage mode training while Omonari and Nobuo beat the stuffing out of us when we take in too much!"

I sit in a meditative position. Omonari flicks a drop of nature energy filled water at each clone. Its like the toad oil from Mt. Myoboku, Or the Snake venom from Ryuuji cave. I trained my ass off. Let me tell you, It wasn't hard actually sensing the nature energy and taking it in, as this place had so much condensed here. What was actually hard was controlling its output. After two days, i could sense and take it in without the water. But it was still very hard to control. Damn!

*WHACK!* *WHACK!* *WHACK!* *WHACK!*

"Ooof!" "Poof!" "Poof!" "Poof!" I got hit and so did three of my clones.

Naruto was an absolute natural when it came to this! The only reason my progress is just as fast as his, is because i'm using more clones! You wouldn't believe how many times my body started to turn into a fish. But it was worth it. By the end of the sixth day i finally managed to control the amount of nature energy coming into my body. I was almost a full fledged sage! Though i was nowhere near having it mastered, i could use it pretty well. Now i just needed to use the seventh day to get used to sage mode and try to extend my time limit, and i could use sage mode effectively.

(A.N Kuro's sage mode looks like this. Pretty lame i know, but i couldent think of anything else without making it look weird of busy. No it is not an eye, it is just a symbol that appears on his skin.)

I fought with nobuo and omonari for 18 hours of that day. I got pretty good at sage mode. And Omonari was not messing around. This defense is no joke. Though its not really defense, it counts as defense, but the natural energy in my body is taking anything that hits me, and reducing the damage by like 95%. This is a very effective sage mode. I think im ready to help fight obito now.
