6 The First Meeting

Ji-a arrived at the floor Li Yi had his office and walked towards his office. On seeing her, the assistant outside Li Yi's office greeted her. Everyone in the company knew about Li Yi's seven friends. Ji-a nodded to the assistant and walked inside the office.

Yang Lian, Jun Yi Feng, Xu Li-Na and Shen Jui were already there.

"Where are the others!" asked Ji-a.

"They wouldn't be coming." answered Li Yi.

"Ohh.. So, where are we eating?" asked Ji-a.

"You don't need to know. Just follow us." said Shen Jui.

" So, will you be paying then?" Ji-a asked smiling.

"Of course, I'm not petty. Ohh! By the way, I heard your design was stolen. Tell us if you need help." said Shen Jui.

"You're late, my dear brother. Yi already took care of it." Ji-a stuck out her tongue.

"He sure is early."

After bickering for a few minutes, they all went out for lunch to a new restaurant managed by Shen Jui's friend.

On the other side of the city, Ye Jin who was planning on staying in his room the whole day was dragged out by his friends for lunch.

He only had 2 close friends. They were Hou Yan and Wang Jay.

Hou Yan was the 2nd son of a conglomerate family and was helping his father run their business.

Wang Jay was a specialist doctor working in the same hospital as Yue Qing.

Three of them were also headed to the new restaurant Ji-a and her friends were going.

As Ji-a, Li-Na, Liam, Li Yi, Yi Feng and Shen Jui were going inside, Jin and his friends managed to bump into them.

Jin, being the playboy look in their direction and said, "I never thought I would run into such beauties here." and turning towards Li Yi, Yi Feng and Shen Jui, "And, you are their boyfriends? "

Li Yi, having quite a temper said," Will you get out of the way? ". Actually, what he meant was for Jin to get out of the way.

Jin smiled and gave them way, all the while his gaze following Ji-a.

" Any idea who that was? " He asked turning towards Jay and Yan.

"Her friend works at the same hospital as mine." said Jay, uninterested.

"I never thought you had such interest in people." Jin said.

"Chill bro, I've met her a few times at our hospital." said Jay.

"I'll give you three days to find out everything about her." said Jin domineering.

"Shut up. I'm not your personal assistant" scowled Jay.

"Alright, alright . My bad." said Jin disappointed.
