2 What happened

Sandra sits herself down to the wooden chair in Alan's house, he insist her to call him Alan. He is in the kitchen preparing tea for both of them, while she looks around his living room. The room looks quite classic, then she stumbles upon a family photo of him and his family, she guesses that it is in 1966, because he looks like he is in his 20s. The woman in the photo seemed like his wife, while she guesses that they have no children, they have one child. But from the looks of the other photos, it seems like something bad happened to the kid. When she is still looking at the photos she hears a coughing sound, she turns around to see Alan bringing their tea staring at her. She apologies and sits back down, he nods and put the tea cups on the table. He pours it slowly and she starts asking questions, he answers them painfully slow. Turns out his wife died 10 years ago because of cancer, she was 36 years old, their son, Dave died because he got hit by a car when he was playing in front of the house. She apologizes for going into his life, he just nods and asks for her to tell hers. She tells her sad story, on how her parents abandon her since birth, and how her grandma has been taking care of her until she died when she was only 14. She then proceeded to tell Alan about her relationships, her school life, her educations, etc. The whole way, he just stares at her, calming her when she breaks down and hugs her when needed. When she finishes, she looks at the clock and politely ask if she could go home because its 5 pm. He just nods and asks her if she could come to his house again tomorrow, she agrees. She fixes her coat, and pulls her beanie, and she is out the door then walks to her house that is on the left on Alan's house.
