54 Celebrations and Realisations

Laughs and giggles abounded at the Camp as four people sat around the flames making merry.

Midas, Julio, Jasmine and Maria had just come out of an impossible situation experiencing no losses. They found themselves surrounded by S and A, B, and C Rankers and they still went in and out, orchestrating an incredible rescue operation.

"I can't believe that worked, haha!!" said Julio laughing with glee as he held Maria's hand and kissed them again and again.

"I know, Midas is a genius!!" said Jasmine as she gazed longingly at Midas. Midas smiled at all this praise. 

Midas knew that praise was just praise. Just empty words to ingratiate one to others or make the target feel proud and confident. 

Midas was proud of his achievement, but he still felt that he could have done better. There were parts of the planning and execution that could have been optimised for better results.
