Is it my fault??

A person who always wanted to come out of shell but couldn't .His life became dull at an very early age.He was targeted by a bully.His name is Alex.His father used to transfer a lot because of which he never made a real bond with anyone. Alex was never a quiet guy from starting. One experience of his life changed his life .It was a bully which made him to be in his shell. When he was 8 years old he saw a murder in front of him.
