When everybody hears the score, there's a moment of silence. But the next second, there was a large amount of criticism being shouted out! The audience couldn't believe the outcome.

Zhang Jian has an indifferent expression on his face. But on the inside, he was surprised by the results.

He isn't the only one surprised by the turn of events as Bo Ping and Chu Jingyi made shocked expressions as well.

Chu Jingyi is the first person to speak out, "Are you guys serious about this?" He thought what the three did was a joke.

Well, actually two.

"What do you mean, Chu Jingyi?" Ling Wei has a smirk on her face as she says this.

Chu Jingyi's expression turns darker, "You know what I mean." Zhang Jian is the clear winner by far compared to what Ling Chen did. His song brought a story while Ling Chen's was just about emotions. The difference between the two was glaring.

"What? We just pick the one who we thought was better? Is that so wrong?" Ling Wei continues to have a smile on her face. While Chu He and Wao Hao Yu have indifferent expressions.

But Chu Jingyi notices the sweat forming on the two's forehead. Seeing how the two were acting submissive, he got the picture.

The other two judges got bought out by Ling Wei!

"You three should be ashamed of yourselves!" Before Chu Jingyi could speak out about this, Bo Ping was a step ahead. His face was full of fury and anger!

Ling Wei sighs, "So what do you want now, master Bo Ping." Her last words were condescending.

"Do you people have no shame as musicians?! Your actions are nothing more than a disgrace!" Bo Ping couldn't believe that they would do something like this. He wouldn't have said anything if the two's singing were close with each other. But they were not.

If he didn't stand up and say something, it might've ruined Zhang Jian's career.

"How is it disgraceful? How is choosing the person we think is better disgraceful? Shouldn't it be you two who are acting shamefully?" Ling Wei sneers at the two as she continues, "You guys are professionals. So you should accept the outcome regardless of whether you like it or not."

"Yeah! We did nothing wrong."

"You people are the ones who are acting unprofessionally!" The two other judges fired back at them.

And this caused discord for the audience as well.

Seeing how the situation has turned for the worse, the host wanted to end everything.

However, Bo Ping slams his hand onto the table, "If this competition has been rigged like this, then there's no point in me being here!"

Chu Jingyi doesn't say anything, but he stands up as well. He can't believe such a travesty has happened under his watch. Before the two walk away from the stands, Bo Ping turns over to Zhang Jian,

"Zhang Jian, you do not have to be ashamed that you have lost. In terms of skills and quality, you are better than Ling Chen today. Your song has given us a story. If you keep this up, your future looks bright." Bo Ping only says this as he leaves the stands.

"Are you two going to eat?" Lu Chen asks Zhang Jian and Gong Changming. The two have been staring at the beef in their chopsticks. After what happened on the stage, it left a horrible aftertaste in everybody's mouth.

The host quickly ended the show and had everybody leave. And Lu Chen had brought Zhang Jian and the rest to a restaurant.

Zhang Jian and Gong Changming didn't listen to what Lu Chen said and stared at their food. The two had a dead fish expression, unable to look away.

"Well, if you guys aren't going to eat, then I'm just going to eat more." Lu Chen didn't say anything else and started to eat more.

"..." Seeing that interaction, Duan Huiling didn't know what to say to that. What she sees is one person stuffing himself with food and the other two spacing out.

Duan Huiling was sitting in the audience seat as she watched the contest. Even she couldn't believe Zhang Jian would lose like that.
