2 The forest

Everything was bright and there was nothing to see. Luna looked down at her hand, but they were not clear. Around her hands there was a kind of fog and she could not really focus on them.

She began to walk in the emptiness, but did not feel that she was getting anywhere.

After something that felt like several hours, she began to be able to sense a shadow on the horizon. Luna started running, but for some reason she did not get closer to it. She kept going and going, so she eventually felt like she was about to suffocate. The surface suddenly came closer and she hit it without putting off with her hands. For the second time everything went dark.

In the middle of a forest, the animals began to behave strangely. The birds stopped singing, and landed on the ground or in the nearest tree. The wolf, which was chasing a hare, suddenly stopped, sniffed the air, and finally sat down to wait. Everything became quiet and no one moved, except for one girl.

She had long blond hair and carried a bag. All the animals looked after her but something was wrong. She staggered and her whole body was filled with scratches and bruises.

Little by little, her legs could no longer carry her weight, and she leaned up against the nearest tree. She sank to the ground and her breathing slowed down. Eventually the girl let go of everything, and completely stopped breathing.

The animals still looked over at the girl, even though there was no longer life in her, for they knew that something important would soon happen.

Suddenly the girl began to light up. The light grew brighter and brighter, and in a split second no one could see anything. The light disappeared and the girl breathed again. No people saw this, but all the animals in the forest knew that something important had happened.

Luna lay with her eyes closed, thinking of the strange dream she had had. At first she was about to arrive late, and then she was hit by a car. The strangest thing in that dream was the place with light. Everything had felt so empty but at the same time peaceful and warm.

She lay for a while thinking, but after a while she began to realize something; something did not feel right. She opened her eyes immediately. Luna looked around, and grabbed her head

-That can not be true, where am I? She looked around the forest, but she could not fathom what was happening. She could feel the tears welling up in her eyes. She wiped them away with one hand. At that movement a lock of hair fell down in front of her face.

Luna now raised both hands to wipe the tears away. It could not be true, she grabbed her hair. Her hair was no longer a dull colour, it was blonde.
