Riku was reading the part that interested him of the changelog of Adventurer's Journey from his phone as he took a train to visit his parents' home, he used today to visit his parents because he was pretty sure that the servers would be rather crowded during most of the day

Timeskip

Riku was already at the train station waiting for his app driver, that arrived just on time

"Good day, mate"

"Good day for you too, hm? Are you by any chance that Riku who used to be an Esports player?"

And he passed the toy bow behind his back, spun it, and once again made a pose as he held it. After staying a few moments in that pose he stopped posing and looked at the toy bow

And his nephew left the living room in a hurry

In the game

With his next course of actions set, he went directly for the new mines that were opened with the update

"Huh? It's pretty empty probably because most of the blacksmith and merchant build players did this during the day... Well, more ores for me"

Red kept going deeper into the mine to make sure he would find an undepleted ore vein when he found a good spot, he started mining

"*Some Minceraft parody song*"

He kept hitting his pickaxe on the rocks until he eventually hit something that wasn't a rock, that quickly lit up and made a characteristic sound of a bomb going out, and he already knew he had hit the new explosive ore, so he did the only thing he could do as everything around him went in slow motion

"... dame da ne~ dame yo dame na no yo~"

*BOOOOOOOMMM*

And he hit the mine wall

"Guh!" *Falls face flat on the ground with 1 HP left* "*Coughing* I should really do something about this..."

When the dust subsided, he noticed something at the place where the explosive ore was

"Heh!... I said there it was a good spot for mining *Drinks a healing potion and jumps back up* Time to mine!"

And he mined until his inventory was completely full, and luckily or unluckily he found more explosive ores, that he thankfully didn't set it off as he mined it

"Alright! Now time to lose most of these ores trying to make one of those special magical metal alloys until I get it right!"

And he fast traveled back to the city and went to the blacksmithing building to forge his ores
