"Well now, what's this then?" a familiar monotone voice drawled from the doorway of the veranda, we both looked around to see Mai leaning on the door frame, "I wondered where you'd disappeared to Ty Lee, but I see you're just out here, flirting as usual."

"Hey, you're making me out to be some cheap girl, it's not like I actually mean half the time you know!" Ty Lee protested.

"I'm sure," Mai drawled sarcastically, before pointing her chin at me, "So who's this stiff and why's he with you and Azula?"

Oh, just go on and don't bother asking me directly why don't you? How about no bitch, "Stiff? You sure you haven't been looking in a mirror too much pasty?" I cut in before Ty Lee could reply.

Mai merely raised an eyebrow at me, "Oh, so you're a bit above the usual flunky then, you can actually speak without asking for permission," she hummed, "Still, do you realise who I am? Who my father is and where we currently are?"

"You mean that loser bowing and pleading with Azula?" I snorted, "What's he going to do? Whine to Azula that I've been mocking his daughter? Let him try, I'll break him in half over my knee if he starts any shit with me, noble and governor of 'New Ozai' or not."

After the shit that idiot pulled in the comics, I'd quite gladly turn him into pure experience points.

I focused on Mai for a moment, and checked out her level and nearly snorted when I did.

I mean, I knew she focused on throwing weapons more than anything else by far, but she was way behind Ty Lee and Azula in pure level.

"Is that so?" She drawled again, "More balls than brains on this one." She looked at Ty Lee and cocked her head at me.

"Yeah I've got plenty pasty," I shot back and crudely grabbed my crotch, "You wanting a good close up view?" I'm not a fan of Mai, her face is always bland looking, her hair is just silly to look at and she's just in general got a terrible personality. Doesn't mean I wouldn't fuck her though.

And while I was never really lacking in 'heat' in my first life, what man wouldn't give himself a monster dong if given the chance like I had been when I was creating my new body. It was even more of a pain in the ass to get used to mind you than my last one when going to the bathroom, but I'm getting used to it.

"...I'll pass." Mai replied after a moment, "I was just coming out to tell you both Azula was done dealing with my parents and that you two were to go to her so we could all get ready for a fight with the rebels who stole my little brother Tom Tom."

With that said, she disappeared back through the doorway, presumably back to Azula.

A 'light' punch struck my shoulder, and I felt it go a bit limp. "The fuck was that for?" I asked, turning back to Ty Lee.

"Nothing, just annoyed you were flirting with Mai yet you've barely checked me out at all," Ty Lee stuck her tongue out at me, "Girls get jealous you know when you just give your attention to another girl when they just butt in amongst a conversation."

"I'll keep that in mind," I drawled myself this time, very sarcastically, "Besides, I wasn't even really flirting with her. Trust me, If it was a choice between you, her and Azula, I'd pick you ten out of ten times."

"Nice try, I'm not falling for that sweet talk." Ty Lee stuck her nose up into the hair haughtily, and followed after Mai. It was hard to miss the smile that appeared on her face though.

And even if I didn't see that smile, the system would have let me know regardless.

Just as I was about to follow after her though, another notification screen appeared in front of me.

Option 2: Make sure Avatar Aang and his friends escape.

'How the hell am I supposed to do that?!' I complained mentally after reading it over. My mind raced a mile a minute as I tried to recall everything I remembered about the fight coming up and tried to come up with a plan.

Quests like this were the fucking worst! Give me a damn break man, where's the ingredient finding quest or transportation quest, or even just a simple guard quest! I keep getting shitty ones that could jeopardize all my plans.

'You know what? Fuck this!' I made my way back inside the governor's home, which used to be King Bumi's castle and found the closest to guard I could.

"You!" I pointed at him, making him jump.

"Y-yes sir?" he asked with a stutter.

"Is there an armoury or barracks or something anywhere near here?" I demanded.

"T-there is, we set up a few throughout the city and one for the guard rotation just outside this castle." He rushed to inform me.

"Right, good then," I nodded, before grabbing him by the shoulder and pulling him along with me, "Show me the way solider."

"..Y-yes sir!" he agreed readily.

It was amazing how they kowtowed and rushed to do my bidding right now just because I swaggered up here with Azula and now they all think I'm some important dude. That, or because of my attitude he just assumed I was an arrogant noble. Either way worked for me.

'Azula can wait a few more minutes.' I thought to myself.
