(Not a chapter, a brief description and background of the 3 main characters. Will give a description of other characters as well, sometime in the future)
This is a feature I added in to tell you things you might not have known about the characters... I only added it in now because if I added it in the beginning, the story would have a dead giveaway and I like my suspense. This however, isn't a spoiler for the ending since I, myself don't know exactly how it'll end... (I mean, I have an idea of how the ending might go but you never know it might change) (hey my thoughts change everyday, I can't help it) On a good note though, for thee readers, we not at the end just yet. There's still some more chapters to go. Actually quite a few before we finish this story.
So this awkward adventure will continue, don't worry...

Alice: Plays the lead role. The inspiration for her character came from Alice in Wonderland, obviously. This is why she is so curious and why she thinks so much. Plays narrator now and then and has a habit of talking to the audience. (Kind of like Deadpool in a way) Her conscience also has a mind of its own so to speak and she's sarcastic sometimes. (Sarcasm needs some working on)
Age: 18 (That's the age of her new body)
Year born: 1999
Starsign: Aries (Fire sign represents her eternal light)
Height: 1'62 m (meters)
Hair colour: Brownish black
Eye colour: Hazel with a tinge of purple.
Favourite food: Sushi (she's a sushiholic)
Part time occupation: Waitress (she's still a High School student)
Background: She lost most of what she knew... was left in the dark. She was the reincarnation of Eden through her parents forbidden love (there was only supposed to be one Eden since she died but because of this was reincarnated into something new. She disrupted the balance) but this is her new life so she's not the same... a different body and way of thinking so to speak but possesses the same power.
Power: Essence of life (not awakened, yet), can become a spirit when unconscious because of the necklace Eva gave her (we still don't know what else the necklace is capable of doing but it's believed to be very powerful)

Felix: Plays the role of the second character to make an appearance in the book. His first appearance was as a black cat with emerald green eyes that Alice stumbles upon in an alley. His eyes glow a bright green when in total darkness and this is what intimidated Alice in the first chapter, making her think it was a monster (but it was just him sitting on a dumpster) Later on Felix is revealed as a boy whose name is also Felix to which Alice thinks is a coincidence (it's not a coincidence, the cat and the boy are one in the same) The inspiration for his character was from Neko (I like anime, okay) but I didn't want him to be a human with cat ears and a tail so I made him a boy that can take the form of a demon cat. This was also inspired by the black cat in Sabrina the Teenage Witch hence his sarcastic nature (which needs some work)

Starsign: Leo (since after all he takes the form of a cat)
Height: 1'70 m (meters)
Hair colour: Black (but looks brownish depending on the lighting)
Eye colour: Glowing bright emerald green (Glows super bright in the dark)
Favourite food: Tuna (he seems to like it a lot, could be because he had to be a cat most of the time. How does he still have minty fresh breath? That must be some really good toothpaste he's using)
Occupation: Alice's Guardian (it's not a part time job)
Background: We don't know much except that he was banished from hell for taking a fancy to Alice. (Damn you Satan)
Power: Has special eyes (it's vague, I know), can shape shift (some of his powers were taken away since he was banished from hell so he mainly takes the form of a cat, can't really do much shape shifting though) and he can use magic and has some unknown powers as well that is yet to be revealed. This is irrelevant to powers but he's also a charmer. (Good looks and all) He looks fit but doesn't gym.

Azrael: Not the villain but pretty close. He looks more like a bad boy but is actually Death himself or the angel of death. His name Azrael means Death as well. He can be funny if he wants to but hardly anyone sees that side to him other than you, the reader probably and Alice. He likes to hide his emotions since switching off his emotions is one of his abilities. He kidnapped Alice with the intention of giving her to the Devil in order to receive payment of some kind (this makes him seem like the villain but he's not, he's more of a love sick boy) but later retracts his decision when he finds out that the girl who was supposed to be nothing more than a package seems a lot like someone that he lost a long time ago. The inspiration for his character was from the Grim Reaper. He can be sarcastic and act odd from time to time.
Age: Unknown (I can't even give digits because that's how long he's been around. Can make himself look any age)

Starsign: Aquarius (he's not a emotional person since he has the ability to conceal his feelings, which is one of the traits of the Aquarius sign itself (they're not very emotional individuals) and this is one of the reasons Alice and him often have conflicts which can be petty at times. Alice is an Aries and Aries are often hard headed, stubborn individuals that have or experience intense emotions where as Aquarius isn't as sensitive and is less understanding) (However, he does seem to enjoy their petty conflicts)
Height: 1'76 m (meters) (yes, he's taller than Felix and older than him)
Hair colour: Raven black almost the colour of coal with ashy silvery tips (the edges could look greyish depending on the lighting)
Eye colour: Steel Grey (but it sometimes changes like when he saved Alice, it turned a bright blue just like the necklace Eva gave her)
Favourite food: Will eat anything that tastes nice (but prefers dessert)
Occupation: Gate Keeper, Reaper, Transporter of Souls.
Background: He studied as an apprentice with the Creator. Fell in love with his best friend and opposite (when it comes to powers) Eden. He thought Eden died but hasn't lost the hope that he'll be with her again even though it seems impossible.
Power: Has infinite power when in the three realms or Afterlife, uses magic, switches off emotions easily and his eyes can sometimes change from their original colour.
