But it was too late... The eyes appeared to be moving closer towards me as the moonlight beamed down, revealing what it was....

Were you expecting something other than a cat??.. Unfortunately, I live to disappoint.

I breathed out a sigh of relief. Thank goodness, I thought. The cat then jumped off the dumpster and meowed as it rubbed its head against my leg. I looked around to check if there was anyone else in the alley but there appeared to be no one, before I looked back down to the cat that seemed to be very fond of me.

Awe, I thought, I can't just leave him here... This place is deserted and not to mention, I am a lover of animals, so I decided to take it home with me. I picked the cat up gently and held it firmly, looking around to make sure that there was no one else in the alley. Using both of my hands, I carried the cat before heading home.

So I took the cat home... But I mean, who could resist a cute cat.
