Evan Williams(2)

The streets of Los Angeles were mostly empty. Some people would go out with their masks and sanitizers on for getting supplies since the pandemic was still going.
A boy is walking down the sidewalk. He was in his 22 years of age. He had spiky blonde hair, emerald green eyes and pale skin, was wearing a long sleeved green checkered shirt and grey pants and was wearing red sneakers and had his face mask on as well and had a slim build. This was Evan Williams.
'New Year has begun and yet here we are still dealing with the virus... I don't know if this pandemic will ever end. Life has never been so boring and blank.' He thought.
Evan was in his 2nd year of college but due to the pandemic he had to do online classes at home. His father was a soldier in the military and would rarely come home but his mother was a nurse working at a local hospital but due to the pandemic she too also rarely comes home.
Evan lived in a personal apartment building in Los Angeles and rent would always be payed by his parents.
Evan was now currently in front of his apartment building and enters it and heads for the second floor.
After reaching the 2nd floor he reaches his apartment and opens the door and enters it and closes the door. He then sanitised his hands and threw away his mask and head for his room. His room had one bed and a desk.
The desk had an LG Smart tv on it and a ps4 with controller. His room's walls had a buttload of posters from anime to video games, to movies and music.
"Well room, we meet again."
Evan sat on his bed and checked his phone which was an iPhone 6s and was looking through some anime. The thing about Evan is that he likes villains more than the heroes whether they are from anime, video games or movies, and—
(Flash Back Pauses)
"Hold up. You like villains more than the heroes?" Rodeo asked with a look of concern.
"Well yes. The thing I like about villains is their development as a character, their motivation, the type of fear they strike even at the hearts of the bravest of heroes, their design, whether their actions are justifiable or not etc."
"Hmmm. So whose your favourite villain in an anime?"
Evan chuckled, "Your looking at him right now."
"Dio."
"The gay vampy, yes. I like his motivation and even after his death, he did left a lasting impression on the joestars and I mean come on pretty much without him, the world of jojo wouldn't continue as it is right now."
"Couldn't agree more, my man."
"My man."
They both then high five each other.
Amelia then says, interrupting the two, "Can we continue?"
"Oh right sorry. So I was sitting on my bed and checking some anime as always until..."

*Ting!* *Dong!*
Evan was sitting on his bed watching some anime until the door bell ringed.
"Coming!"
Evan got up and heads for the door, opens it and finds no one, but he then looked down saw a square cardboard box.
"I didn't order anything. Must be from mom or dad then."
Evan decides to pick up the box and brings in his room. He observed the box but found no address on it or any note mentioning who delivered it to him. Evan then opens and saw something he didn't expect.
"Oh my God."
It was the head of 'The World'. He observed and found that it can actually be worn like a helmet. He then wears it and goes to the bathroom mirror and looks at his reflection. Pretty much he liked it but then he starts doing some role play.
He coughs a couple of times before shouting, "Foolish Joestars! I have the power of The World! It is the ultimate stand! You cannot best it! So say your prayers!"
He then yelled in top of his lungs.
"ZA WARUDO!! TOKI WO TOMARE!!!"
Then literally his entire surroundings became grey and black and time stopped.
"What the fuck?!"
Evan looked at his surroundings in confusion and shock. This was unexpected for him but then suddenly his environment started to change, the surrounding around then became a forest and then time resumed once again.
"What in the six infinity stones just happened?" Evan then felt something different about himself and when he looked at his own hands he saw they were golden, when he looked at legs they too were golden and he felt a bit buffed as well.
"Don't tell me I've become a Stand!" Evan looked around but saw only trees surrounding him which meant he was in a forest of some sort and it was morning.
But where is this forest he didn't knew. He starts walking forward and found a small pond. He approaches the pond and looks at his reflection in the pond and saw that he had become 'The World'.
The man was in complete shock and disbelief. He then looks away from the and closes his eyes and laughs.
"Hahahahaha! Ok this is a dream right? I'm just sleeping back at my home and dreaming." Evan decides to pinch his neck, and he felt the sting. He wasn't dreaming. This was real.
"Nope this is real." Evan then decides to look at his reflection in the pond again and this time he does something silly.
He decides to do some body builder poses while looking at his reflection and he kinda enjoyed it.
"Damn I have quite the build. The ladies might go crazy for me." He said with a smirk.
(Flashback Pauses)
""Seriously?"" Amelia and Emma said with a deadpanned face.
"Come on, look at me!"
"Dude, that body is a weapon. Not a love potion."
"Says the guy whose buff as well."
"I prefer to avoid attracting girls. Thank you very much."
"Come on. I'm pretty sure someone found you interesting."
"Yes because of my muscular features, not my feelings."
"Oh so your that type of guy. Lame." Evan said indisappointed.
"It's not lame. It's being respectful."
"Oh really. Have you ever tried to talk to a girl before?"
"No! No! No! No! No!"
"Well I can give you some tips..."
"I refuse."
"Suit yourself then. Now where was I?"
"You were posing." Amelia said, still remain with the expression.
"Right, as I was posing..."
(Flashback Continues)

(Forest, America, SCP Universe-[REDACTED] - 8:00 AM)
Evan kept on posing until he got bored of it.
"Well time to find out where the hell am I." Evan looked at one of the trees and was going to climb it until suddenly he felt that his feet were not touching the ground.
"What the?!" Evan looked at his feet and noticed that he was actually floating in the air as his body was surrounded by a golden aura.
"I can fly just like how Dio was able to do it in stardust crusaders!" Evan then started floating higher in the air until he was above the trees. Now he could see the entire forest clearly.
"Seems like a big forest. If I keep flying forward maybe I'll get out of this place and find help."
Evan then flys forward and the speed he was flying at made him feel alive.
"Now this is something I can get used to!" He said excitedly.
Unbeknownst to him that high in the sky above him, a drone was observing the entire area.
(30 minutes later)
Evan kept on flying but with no luck in finding the way out of this forest.
He then lands back on the ground and says, "Ok this forest is bigger than I thought. Weird thing is that I'm not feeling hungry for some odd reason. I wonder why."
Evan just sighs and decides to sit next to a tree with his back against it.
He then thought. "If I've become The World and can fly, then pretty much I can stop time as well."
Evan then sees a leaf fall off a branch before saying.
"Za warudo!"
Time then stops and the entire world became black and grey as expected and the leaf he saw was frozen in mid-air.
"I can do so many things with this ability. You know what being a Stand isn't half bad at all!" He said with a smile on his face.
Time resumed once again and the everything started moving again.
"I wonder what world I'm in. Having watching many isekai animes, I think I'm mean in a world of fantasy! Meaning... free elf waifus! With this sexy body of mine, I can effortlessly get the gals with no problem! Hahahahaha!"
Evan laugh hard throughout the forest for a few moments, imagining about the harem story he will soon get.
But then, he heard something.
"What was that?" Evan then stood up and looked around but saw no one.
"Strange. Could have sworn I heard some footsteps. Probably an Elf maybe~" He smirked before yelling, "Hey, I know your there! Come out!"
Waiting for the person to show themselves, Evan expect to be a person, a woman, or better, an Elf to appear. However, what he saw next was at least twenty heavily armed soldiers appeared behind the trees and bushes with their assault rifles, shotguns and SMGs ready.
"NANI THE HELL?!"
"Open fire!" One of the GOC soldiers shouted.
"ZA WARUDO!!!"
As Evan shouted, the GOC soldiers opened fire at him with the bullets flying towards him but then time stops yet again and the bullets were frozen in mid air due to the time stop as well as the soldiers.
"Phew. Too close." Evan signs in relief before feeling depressed. "Aww, its a shame this isn't a fantasy world, due to these guys having guns."
He said as he look at the GOC soldiers that were frozen in time, "But who the hell are these guys?"
Evan wasn't familiar with who these men were but he decides to fly out of the area.
"Looks like time will move once again."
Time moved once again and the bullets hit the trees rather than anything else much to the soldier's shock and disbelief.
"What?! It was supposed to be here! Where the fuck is it?!"
Evan was flying as fast as he can trying to get as far way from the soldiers as possible.
'Who the hell are those guys ? Are they some sort of military? A group of some sort? I'm not sure who they are but they don't seem to be the friendly type.' He thought.
Evan then stood on top of a tree branch and then looks around. He was now in the clear.
"Ok, I have new problems. One, those soldiers want me dead for some reason. Two, I'm still stuck in this forest and Three, why don't I goddamn feel hungry!!" He yelled with frustration.
Evan wasn't sure what to do. He didn't even knew where he was and this forest seemed to be endless. Evan was about to fly but then he heard some propellers sounds. He looks up and notices at least two GOC attack helicopters flying in the sky. Luckily they didn't notice him.
"Great, even the skys are unsafe."
