083: Announcing the Cancellation of the Wedding (5)

Tara Summer understood immediately what was going on, her eyebrows knitting as she dialed Josie Reed's number, her right hand unconsciously gripping the phone tightly.

"Tara..." Her mother's gentle voice came through the phone quickly, "Did you get the message? George and Robin's wedding has been called off!"

"Hmm." Tara nodded, her voice trembling slightly, "Was it Grandfather's decision?"

"Yes, after you left that day, the old master had a talk with George and Robin. I don't know what was discussed, but after Robin left the room, she locked herself away for two days..." Josie Reed recalled the events of those days, "Then, in front of all of us, the old master announced the cancelation of the wedding!"

At this point, Tara almost squeezed her cellphone into pieces, her heart was trembling. She remembered what Ethan Summer had said to her that day.
