"The Phantom Mercenary Group has around forty members, most of them from South America; it's a local Colombian mercenary group. As for their strength, outside the jungle they are rubbish, but inside the jungle, their combat power is greatly enhanced, so it's best not to fight against Phantoms in the jungle.

The standard uniform of the Phantom is the jungle camo worn by the Colombian government forces, and Teodulo's people wear green clothes, which are easy to distinguish. Their equipment isn't anything special, nothing exceptional, but it's well-suited for the jungle environment. It's worth mentioning that the members of the Phantom Mercenary Group are generally equipped with bulletproof vests, which is a rarity for a group that primarily operates within the jungle.
