She quietly rolled up her sleeves and performed a spell to wipe away the words along their walk. Deep down, she wanted to restore the place to its original beauty. Wiping away these words also made her feel better; it was like getting rid of her past anxieties and exasperation in one go.

Stealthily, Gu Xijiu tried to remove the marks without Di Fuyi knowing. Di Fuyi had nothing against it. He only held her hand and walked the path together as if nothing was happening.
