Fighting The Enemy Together

The young palace master intended to trap Gu Xijiu alive to torture her, which explains why she did not fight with her best capabilities. Instead, she forced Gu Xijiu to approach her like how a cat would play with a mouse. Her favorite moment was to see how a person's facial expression changed from confident to despair!

Seeing that she was getting closer and closer to the young palace master, an evil smile appeared on the young palace master's face. She was merely waiting for Gu Xijiu to hand herself over. 

"Swishhh!" a sound was heard, and a colorful light burst out from young palace master's back! It was totally unexpected, leaving the young palace master defenseless!

Gu Xijiu hid abruptly, but her eyes were exposed to too much light. Amidst the flashing purple shadow, a person was dashing towards her at full speed.
