I think its a bit warped here. It seems the woman Qiu Jin love did not love him back as much. I honestly believed that Qiu Jin joined the Nangong family was not only for himself but also for his family. True that it cost a lot thru blood, but there’s also swear & tears. I think in all honesty, nobody wanted a life of a mob but I think thats the only thing Qiu Jin could do. From where I see it, its his only known way to survive. He love his wife a lot & he didn’t seem the type to cheat or anything looking back at how devoted he is to wanting revenge and all. Not everyone could live so righteously given their circumstances. And that is why I think it was not fair for this old man. No doubt that I don’t agree with him for wanting to kidnap the twins, but as time goes along, changes are necessary. This is not back in the 70s & 80s gangster nostalgia anymore, Qiu Jin should realised that things are different now. Yeah, its an age gap thing! 🤣🤣🤣
