Not having received any calls from Qingfeng Li for so long, Tianci Zhang had been terrified, thinking that something had happened to him. It was only when he finally received the call from Qinfgeng Li today that he had been able to really relax.

Qingfeng Li led Xue Lin and the others out of the mansion. Just as they were about to go to the Riverview Restaurant, Sky-Devouring Snake slithered toward them. It reached out its tail and gave Qingfeng Li a slap.

Qingfeng Li furrowed his brow, displeasure evident in his eyes as he said. "Stinking snake, what're you hitting me for? You looking for a beating?"

Sky-Devouring Snake didn't reply. It lifted its tail again and landed another blow on Qingfeng Li.
